The staff from reception and from the restaurant are very nice. The breakfast is nice but more variations will be appreciated. The room that we had was nice but could be better. The service was good and also housekeeping. The pool is nice but was with too much chlorine. The bowling is very nice, but the price is very strange since tou have to pay on time spent on the track with a tarif of 10 euros per 30 min. As always, especially for this type of resorts, parking is an issue. The hotel has a parking, but no spots available.

I write on behalf of my friend who spent 5days in August 2023 at Carmen hotel.Anita She had been there in the past,as it was consider a good hotel. Unfortunately her stay in Aug this year was a disaster. Room with no window. No daily cleaning. She had to ask to take the garbagge bin. No electricity during one night,(some problem with a bulb),no one sent to fix only next day. Avoid the place.
