My room was small but comfortable and very clean.
Reception staff were fantastic.
Breakfast staff were always grumpy and were slow to replenish items if other guests consumed what was there.

Spesa giusta con ampi margini di miglioramento. La camera che abbiamo avuto era vecchiotta con la vasca e un pannello di plastica come box di non semplice gestione. La colazione non molto ricca, considerando gli standard di alberghi di montagna. Un plus per la spa decisamente più nuova del resto della struttura, con una bella cerimonia augfuss davvero piacevole. Personale non troppo accogliente, in particolare in sala colazione dove abbiamo assistito anche a due dipendenti litigare in sala.. insomma con poco potete migliorare assai! Daje!

Sono stato in questo hotel a gennaio scorso,ma dopo tutto andato bene ho dovuto litigare per una coppa di gelato ce tutte le sere mi si proponeva non lo mai visto.IL responsabile si è offeso perchè gli o detto che una vaschetta di gelato costa solo cinque euro.Abbiamo litigato ma sono io ad essere stato preso in giro.E comunque come si dice il cliente ha sempre ragione.

da anni siamo ospiti all'hotel bellaria , oramai da me e i miei amici viene considerato la nostra casa. A partire dall'accoglienza, e dal trattamento in generale che ci viene offerto dai titolari ed anche dal personale di sala ,sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con gentilezza simpatia e assoluta professionalità.La cucina è ottima,ricca di piatti tipici e non (anche vegani )presentati con impiattamenti moderni ed accattivanti, cosi come le colazioni. La cantina ben rifornita .Le camere sono arredate in stile moderno le più recenti mentre le più datate sono in stile tirolese, ma

Anche questa volta hotel Bellaria non mi ha delusa: camera stupenda ( la Suite Junior) , spa all'altezza dei grandi centri e cucina superlativa ( 4 primi e 4 secondi a scelta). In più è pet friendly, quindi in vacanza col migliore amico. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Buona struttura per famiglie e coppie Ottima la colazione più che buona la cena, molto gradevole la S.P.A. e in Particolare la sauna grande. Sicuramente ha margini di miglioramento. Personale attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La Reception potrebbe dare maggiori informazioni sui servizi offerti,sebbene venga consegnato un foglietto informativo all’arrivo,sulle attività Da svolgere nella bellissima area Dolomitca.

Bell'hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione tranquilla non abbiamo sentito rumori anche con la camera dal lato della strada. La Spa è veramente bella dotata di tutto incluso il centro massaggi ma soprattutto la sauna per l'Aufguss. È il primo hotel dove trovo una sauna dedicata per l'Aufguss con ben due Aufgussmeister molto bravi e preparati. I due proprietari sono estremamente disponibili a risolvere eventuali problemi, sono gentili e cordiali. La colazione è ottima: é il primo hotel dove ho potuto assaggiare il miele direttamente da uno dei telai che proveniva direttamente dall'arnia. Buonissimo. La nostra camera era stata recentemente ristrutturata.

Hotel molto bello e pulito. Comodo con fermata skybus accanto, centro benessere da lode,con il simpatico Matteo che ci ha fatto apprezzare la sauna e i vari oli essenziali. Unico neo che non vale le 4 stelle dell' hotel la cucina, piatti poco curati, poco saporiti e soprattutto con poca o nessuna scelta per i vegetariani. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Il punto forte dell' hotel e la fantastica spa..con la sua meravigliosa sauna.un grazie particolare a Matteo e Elena.Buona la colazione,ma scarsa la cena con cibi serviti freddi e miseri non inerenti al territorio,in quanto non ci è stato mai cucinato un piatto tipico.
