Le propriétaire gérant a changé (et est en train de rénover l'établissement progressivement). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les plats très raffiné et délicieux. Ce nouveau propriétaire venu du Canada mérite d'être encouragé et visité. L'établissement se situe en face des Thermes de la Preste-les-Bains
