On the second day after I checked in, I came back and found that the key could not open the room. It was the most primitive kind of key. When I found the front desk, it was still the same man wearing glasses. He couldn't open it even after he came up. He asked me to follow him downstairs to the front desk. He told me to follow him downstairs to the front desk. I was charged 5 euros to take out a spare key. Considering that I had to pay for my own safety in a foreign country, this is a standard black shop. Please don't stay here!

The front desk is very welcoming! The environment is clean! Not recommended if you have a heavy suitcase! Because the stairs are very sloping... It goes straight to the third floor 😂 I screamed in the middle of the night! The sound insulation is too bad! They are all competing to see who can sing the most melodiously 😂

It is too Expensive to stay in Florence. Prato is only 30min train ride to the city center of Florence. Only down side was mosquitoes. The first night I didn't realize they were in my room. I got many mosquito bites. But the hotel provided mosquito repellent for free which worked great!

It was a good hotel, nothing out the ordinary. A bit from Florence but we had a car so it was a 25-30 minute drive (depending on traffic) which we knew beforehand.

Nice hotel in a nice town, decent room size, friendly staff. Inconvenient cuz no elevator & we were on 2nd floor. Almost 30 minutes from main Florence but wait for a train can make it longer. I guess they're overpriced for what they're offering

Good value for money. Nice comfortable bed and general cleanliness of room was very good and air conditioning worked well which was very welcomed. Have stayed there before and would stay there again.

Very tiny bed and room dimensions to match. Zero amenities. Only hotel I've stayed in in Tuscany that didn't provide a bottle of water or a hair dryer.
