All good, for a four star hotel the rooms are a bit so-so given the rooms and the price... little maintenance we had problems with the shower closing, and the bed was made a bit so-so, the rooms are not very soundproof (we could hear both the guy in front snoring and the one next to him talking) for the rest very friendly and helpful there is the possibility of parking in front of the hotel so very convenient and for work it is fine.

The rubbish among rubbish, don't go there, the service attitude is terrible, I clearly ordered breakfast, and showed the English order to the front desk, but they insisted that there was no breakfast, and they charged 16 euros for breakfast, which I finally got back with the help of Ctrip. A very nice hotel!! It is not in the center of Florence, it is in a small town nearby. It is 25 minutes by train from the Santa Maria Novella station. The only bad thing is that you cannot stay late in Florence because to get to the hotel, you have to cross a park that is very lonely. But if you are going with your family, it is really worth staying there. It is in front of the river with a spectacular view. I loved it and I would go back!!
