Great treatment and spa facilities at the hotel. Facility run by Wayan and Dino who are professional and caring. Just had an excellent massage which has left me relaxed and happy. Well worth a visit whether you are staying at the hotel or just in the area.

Super gorgeous hotel backing onto it's own tortoise park, with one of the most beautiful, quiet and peaceful beaches ever. The fresh fish and food in the restaurant for dinner every night were amazing. The staff could not have been more gorgeous and polite, and a special shout out to Ishan for all his incredible hospitality! Thank you all.

We had an amazing stay here at Bliss Hotel in Praslin. Our cozy and nicely decorated room was located at the beach, which was great. The staff were very kind and attentive to us. We felt comfortable almost like a family, which was very nice in our perspective. Amongst others they serve delicious curry for dinner but we recommend to eat out at local restaurants if you want to enjoy authentic creole cuisine (Soley Kouse or Les Rochers). The breakfast was good and had variety, but can definitely be improved (Espresso and Cappuccino should be included, the buffet could be a bit bigger (more bread and not only toast, more local fruits ) and it could be changed each day. A big thank you goes out to the entire Bliss team especially to Ishan, Isuru, Dominic, Kirk and all the others we cannot mention here. Laila, the General Manager is very friendly, attentive, helpful and professional throughout, merci. 🤩

The location of the property was amazing the hut style rooms were very cosy,the staff was amazing, special thanks to Kirk,Rabbi,Ishaan,Thivanka at the reception were all absolutely fantastic also all the other waiters and maintenance staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs.We were there with half board and the dinners were absolutely lovely and tasty food with great portion size.It was a shame that due to the season we went the sea was full of algea so couldn't do much swimming but the there are two pools at the property. The experience overall was fantastic.

Ishan is the best employee of the hôtel. Very nice and polite Always smiling. Very good service at the restaurant. Very efficient. Food was nice, staff always kind for breakfast, lunch and donner. Drinks are fine too

This was a well managed hotel, with a staff team that were always friendly and helpful, whether in-house or gardeners. We were welcomed by staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. Fluent in French and English, and maybe more. Room was comfortable. A la carte menu was not extensive but was supplemented with a specials board. Service was relaxed, so no rushing around, never hurried. Meals were tasty and nicely prepared.

I liked the “concept” of eco friendly hotel and the decorating accessories. But ... the cleanliness of the room is not adequate, dirty swimming pools, broken toilet seat, drowned bathroom after showers, poor breakfast buffet, you cannot swim in the beach in September, the affiliated car rental agency has bad attitude and broken cars, unhelpful reception, at night the artificial swamp has super noisy frogs, windows shutters without privacy … etc

This hotel is a simple but very adorable place to stay in Praslin, the grounds are very natural and beautiful. Highlights are - big turtle yard with 10+ giant turtles - we could see them from out window, pleasant décor, direct beach access, good pool, friendly staff, nice restaurant
