A wonderful location on an amazing beach. The place is beautiful and well-kept and the villas are spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for self-catering. Pleasant staff and always ready to help. We enjoyed it beyond expectations and we plan to come back!

We stayed in a duplex, 2 bedroom villa for 5 nights at the end of October 2024. Fantastic stay. Excellent, professional and friendly, Annia is really what makes this place special. The rooms are beautifully furnished with huge, very comfortable beds, huge showers with plenty of clean, hot water, excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable living area inside and out - it has everything you need and the staff keep the rooms exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful. Pool is a great size, extremely clean and always had free sunbeds. The beach is just simply gorgeous, with white sand and clear, warm water - never crowded. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to step away from the hotel experience of having to attend meal times as the self-catering aspect really gives you the freedom to choose when and what you eat. Conveniently placed close to local shops, diving centres and restaurants, everything we needed was at hand. When we wanted to go further, Annia was happy to help us with transport, whether it was car hire or taxis. An excellent stay...wish we were back there.

Cote Dor Footprints was a wonderful experience! Although my stay was short, the villa was immaculately clean, and had all possible amenities that I required. Annia and her team were attentive, responsive and most helpful. The establishment is less than a 10-minute walk from some of Praslin’s most consistently popular restaurants, and is also seconds away from one of the island’s most beautiful and popular beaches. I’d definitely revisit this place (and stay longer)!

Wonderful luxurious chalets , in front of the beach... A long sandy beach and cristal water is waiting for you ... Living in some steps away from the supermarkets.... Buy fresh fish at the local market, fresh and lovely papaya and ananas and enjoy it at the terrace with the stars shinning on you and the sea waves as peaceful music for your soul....

Best beach in Praslin!! We would go back on a heartbeat. We were extremely lucky to meet Georgette. She helped us organize activities and gave us multiple tips to ensure our vacation was a success. The location was amazing, the place very well maintained, and the people extremely hospitable. Next time we will stay more than 4 days!
