When I saw the reviews for the Seashell Beach Villa, I was incredibly curious about the place because it sounded too good to be true. As they say, "seeing is believing"...the villa far surpassed my skeptical expectations. Set right on the beach, I had a gorgeous view of the ocean every morning. The beach area was private and serene and the sunrises were breathtaking. The room itself is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A quaint patio area led off the bedroom and hosted stunning views of the water. The room is kept incredibly clean with daily cleaning and changing of towels etc. Cindy is the most friendly and wonderful host. She shared delicious mangos from the garden with me and even made the most delicious BBQ fish for the guests. She assisted me in arranging taxis and when I told her that my dad had suddenly decided to fly over and join me on the trip..within a few hours she had all the paperwork arranged for the travel authorization. If you are looking for a gorgeous beach to just laze on all day then I highly recommend staying here..my dad and I had an unforgettable time.

酒店門前就是海灘，是ANSE GRAND的北段。靠近P島機場。入住後，首先體驗這酒店附近海灘，浪很小，水温也很好，很適宜游泳，原來擔心此處的海灘質量是多餘了。房東熱情友好，給我們代買了4天的旅遊公交卡，相比租車，省了不少。附近有小型超市，廚房設施齊全。推薦入住。按照民宿評價，服務質量夠好。

After what seemed to be a very long flight we were welcomed by Cindy, a very warm and friendly person. She guided us to the beach routes, restaurants and preferred timings at the beach which we really appreciated as it was our first time in the Seychelles 🇸🇨. The rooms are super clean with good views of the beach. The room is equipped with all the facilities and room cleaning is done everyday. It had all the kitchen facilities and they even offer laundry services free of charge.Ensure to give a full load. There are sun beds to use. You can relax by the beach with a bottle of Seybrew. We would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a home away from home.

Wonderful hotel run by a great owner. 2 local markets very close making it easy to buy food to cook. Beach access perfect to see the sun rise

Fabulous! Stunning view! Must stay! We visited Praslin during our honeymoon on Nov 2022. We absolutely loved our stay at Seashell Beach Villa as everything is exceptional. The flat is spotless clean, spacious and it has a balcony with a stunning view. The beach is beautiful and we experienced one of the best sunsets during our stay. One night, we even fell asleep on the hammocks. The hosts, Cindy and Flavien, are amazing! So friendly, they made us feel very welcomed. One night we had bbq on the beach and they kindly shared the fish catched by Flavien with all guests at the villa. We enjoyed so much that dinner! The property has an outstanding garden, with beautiful flowers and fruit trees such as papaya tree, banana tree and coconuts. There are also 2 lovely giant turtoises :) The location is very convenient with a bus stop just across the street, few shops and restaurants at walking distance. We highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!

10/10 Thid villa offers supreme and constent confort. Locayion awesome. Very clean, the staff was very friendly . I recommend from heart. CINDY is a very amable person , very kind. The beach is very clean. The sand and the sea wonderful

The hotel, which is located directly on the beach of Grand Anse and not far from the airport, is almost new. Everywhere is perfectly clean. Our apartment (like all the others) was very large and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was large and very comfortable. The spacious terrace with a view of the sea was also pleasant. Warm water with a large flow was a matter of course. The owner Cindy and all her staff were very nice and helpful. In addition, they did our laundry for free. Mrs. Cindy willingly helped us arrange a doctor for our health problems. Take Away, supermarkets can be found in the nearby area. There is also a bus stop nearby. The white sand beach, which was cleaned daily, had a gradual entrance to the sea. Thank you for the perfect service and willingness. Highly recommended!

The property was amazing, as well as the accommodations, which were super clean and comfortable. It was right on the beach, with amazing white sand and calm seas. They even had tortoises on the property. They had three kayaks and boats to use, which we did. Very comfortable beach lounge, chairs, and an outdoor shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were accommodated in Room 3 facing the main beach. Had a great 3-day stay as it was the ideal get-away. Beach front property that is well maintained and kept. Remarkably spotlessly clean. The owners Flavien and Cindy were great hosts. We received a complimentary fruit basket upon check-in. The place has separate bedroom with a king-size bed, sitting room with TV. Kitchen with splendid cooking facilities. I highly recommend the Seashell Beach Villa to any from around the world who is looking for a great place with value for money.

Nice and clean place! The host is very helpful and she gave us good advice regarding bus schedules etc. Nothing bad to say about this place!

We stayed in an apartment on the upper floor with sea view for a week. The apartment is really big, it has a living room with a big kitchen and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Even the bathroom is really big! The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sea and listening to the waves. The whole apartment is soooooo clean, you can literally eat from the floor. It is cleaned daily. The furniture looks new, the towels are fluffy and new. WIFI is free and of very good quality. The apartment is directly on the beach and you have your own beachbeds. Grand Anse is a very nice, very long beach and we were the only people on the whole beach. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of seagras in the water and on the beach when we were there in September. There are two good restaurants within walking distance and a minimarket is nearby. We were a little bothered because the airport is very near but that is absolutely no problem. The planes are very small and not loud at all. Cindy the owner is ever so nice. We got fruits as a welcome gift and when we left we got a farewell gift. Cindy does everything to make her guests feel at home, she gave is good advices and helped whenever we needed it. We can highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return!

Great self catering right on the beach. I consider it a self contained apartment. We received cleaning and fresh towels everyday even though we didn't really need it. The place was clean, quiet and organized. Cindy is the best host and the standard of which should be learned from from other self catering patrons or anyone who wants to do a self catering The bus stops were right in front of the villa and car hire can be arranged. If you needed anything or have any questions just call Cindy and she will help you out. The internet worked great. I was teaching a virtual class and I was worried the internet connection will not be great but everything worked great. I will definitely stay here when I am in Praslin.
