Lack of proper experience in the hospitality services is eminent at every level. Location, infrastructure, pricing is excellent. Guests had to face lot of inconvenience, difficulties because of lack of experience in the staff at every level. ***agement should immediately consider deploying proper skilled *** power to overcome this issue before it is too late.
