The service is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous with freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities are very good, as is the location of the pousada, with a great swimming pool.

We had a great time there. The hotel is family-orientated and well located: just a short walk from the beach and the town centre. Staff is very friendly, helpful and the food is excellent. The outdoor space offers beautiful lush gardens and a lovely pool. We stayed only for 3 nights but would have planned to stay more if I knew how pleasant it was.

A localização, dentro de um condomínio de alto padrão, proximidade da praia e da vila e atendimento são destaques. Os quartos são grandes e com as comodidades suficientes para um período de descanso e férias com a família. Café da manhã excelente e refeições de muito boa qualidade são possíveis no almoço e jantar no restaurante Atobá. E o proprietário, sempre presente, e sua equipe atenciosa, garantem bom atendimento, bons papos e boas risadas. Sou cliente do hotel há 8 anos.

O Porto Zarpa é maravilhoso, pois é conduzido por pessoas especiais! O sr. Marcos, sempre presente, os profissionais, muito além de prestativos e atenciosos, carregam sempre sorriso no rosto e um tempinho para uma boa prosa! Tudo isso sem contar a tapioquinha do café da manhã, o bolinho de peixe, a caipirinha de caju e as refeições deliciosas! Sentiremos saudades do Rui e das meninas do staff... e só voltaremos para o Forte, se for no Zarpa!

Hotel muito bem localizado na Praia do Forte. Próximo da vila (rua principal) e do projeto Tamar e a uns 10min andando por dentro de um agradável condomínio para a praia. A estrutura para crianças é ótima, com uma Baby Copa, uma Brinquedoteca e um parquinho. Café da manhã é bom, mas nada espetacular. Quartos espaçosos e limpos, mas bastante simples. O ponto mais negativo é a hospitalidade dos funcionários. Com exceção a Rui, garçom que fica no restaurante/bar e é uma simpatia, os demais funcionários nos atenderam bastante mal. A família ocupou dois quartos e no último dia pedi late checkout. Nos passar um valor de 156 reais e preferimos ficar apenas com um quarto. Quando fomos pedir duas toalhas extras para que as duas pessoas que estavam no outro quarto tomar banho no nosso, as toalhas foram negadas. Ou seja, gentileza zero.

Delícia de hotel. Perto de tudo, sem necessidade de meio de transporte, muito verde, quarto enorme com rede na varanda, passarinhos cantando, limpo, funcionários gentis, o proprietário super querido, e está sempre por lá, café da manhã excelente com tapioquinha quentinha de vários sabores.. Com certeza voltaremos.

Adoramos nos hospedar no Zarpa, quarto aconchegante, café da manhã estava incrível, bem fresquinho, eles oferecem uma praia privativa, e ficam pertinho da vila da praia do forte e do projeto Tamar, dava para fazer tudo andando, atendeu as nossas expectativas

Muito satisfeito. Hotel bem localizado com staff muito simpático. O hotel não é moderno mas tudo funciona bem.Café da manhã agradável. Estacionamento privativo na frente do hotel. Isso é importante porque há dificuldade de estacionar na rua .
