The main attraction of this hotel is the unique, unmatched view of the Atlantic. I could literally look straight into the waves from my window and from the breakfast room. That is why you choose to stay here and yes, the air is slightly damp and the sea air and salt takes its toll on the house and furnishings which are indeed a little frayed around the edges. That is the price you pay for the view or you should stay somewhere else. My room, the Golden room or Suite as it is called on *********** was beautifully furnished, modern, comfortable and perfectly clean. However, the bathroom was not the bathroom shown on the pictures which had blue tiles, a bath and sea view. In reality the bathroom was beautiful, modern, with a double shower, but no bath or view. Pool was nice, good clean. Breakfast in Portuguese hotels tend to be modest and limited in my experience, this one was above average, which means a good selection of fruit, cereals, toast, cheeses etc. No hot food or pastries.

What an amazing location! If you want to be near, but out of Sintra, this is it! Sitting on the cliff over looking the Atlantic Ocean; cliff side pathway both directions. Clean , neat , large room. Breakfast nice with a lovely view of the ocean, either inside or out. Within walking of good restaurants.

Una struttura che abbiamo scelto per una notte vista la bellissima posizione per il nostro gruppo ma purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi.Tutte le stanze e lo chalet odoravano di muffa perché l’umidità è molta ,ovviamente,ma non viene fatta alcuna manutenzione. Infiltrazioni d’acqua,spifferi,in una stanza al posto della tenda avevamo una tovaglia appesa…arrangiata in qualche modo…Ci hanno risollevato l’animo la potenza e l’energia dell’oceano e la colazione che era buona e varia. Vivamente e personalmente sconsigliato ma comunque le foto possono rendere l’idea🤦🏽♀️

El hotel esa una antigua casa de estilo Holandés ubicado junto al mar, las vistas desde la habitación son un espectáculo, el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión es muy acogedor, sin duda mereció la pena y esperamos volver pronto. El desayuno súper completo, no falta absolutamente nada, es una maravilla desayunar mirando el mar.

Toplocatie! Waanzinnige plek! Dichtbij leuke restaurantjes en vlakbij Sintra. Mooi monumentaal pand. Beetje vocht her en der, gerelateerd aan de locatie pal aan de oceaan, maar dat wordt overal zoveel mogelijk bestreden door vochtvreters.
