We have just stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel The reception on arrival, was very friendly and efficient, supported by the Manager, Martin. We were offered a Suite on the second floor, which was everything we expected. The only slight niggle, was the noise of the trams outside from 4:30 am, so I would advise people to perhaps select the opposite side of the building, but other than that, the suite catered for all our needs, with plenty of space. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and we found the food to be excellent, accompanied by very attentive service. Our only other suggestion, would be to ask the staff at the lobby bar, to be slightly more attentive to guests waiting for drinks, as it became a little frustrating having to wait at times. The Spa is lovely and a great place to relax after a busy day in Prague. Overall, absolutely delighted with our stay; and if we return to Prague, we will visit NH Collection Prague Carlo 1V.

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design. Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels) Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

The breakfast is very good, the environment is beautiful and quiet, just in the old town, all the attractions can be reached on foot, very convenient. We were in Falkenstein Hotel for 3 nights and had a normal double room. First to the positive: Breakfast is really good and in addition to the buffet are served on order fresh things like omelets, Porige & Co. On the buffet there could be a little more vegan choice. Except for a humus and alternative milk there was not much. This does not fit to a modern young hotel. However, you can say that breakfast is fresh, lovely and sufficiently rich. Also the staff at breakfast is very friendly and attentive! However, what we have never experienced is that the buffet is really closed in time and everything is immediately cleared. That is uncomfortable and does not fit to a high-end hotel. Now to the negative aspects: In general, we were not satisfied with our stay. The lobby & bar is modern and stylish. The lifts are obsolete and the fence works more after a motel. The rooms are small (but not bad for us!) However, there also lacks some lovely details that you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The coffee machine is a little old and calcified, too, there is no water cooker but tea accessories which is somewhat questionable. The worst was the service at the lobby and the cleaning forces!! During our stay, we had always been in the lobby to face the same gentleman who appeared unfriendly and unsympathetic. One day after cleaning our room, we stayed without toilet paper and without a single towel! We have drawn attention to this and received a slightly annoying reaction instead of an excuse! The price-performance ratio is unfortunately not true in this hotel and we have made better experiences with 5 and 4 stars hotels in Prague.

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.
