Prague|0.24km from Praha-Vrsovice Railway Station
First arrived and the staff barely understood english, they gave us the wrong room (huge downgrade) and as compensation we had an hour in the “wellness Center” which it’s actually just a sauna and a pool, it was not explained that it was just once for the entire room so only 1 person got this… 1 of the 4 grown men we now have squashed into a small room! There was a air conditioning unit in the room with an on button on the box, which we turned on; it’s the middle of summer. Without warning about 3 minutes later an angry man comes to the door demanding we pay 10 euros for it, after a lot of back and forth we agreed we would pay, upon going to pay we actually got charged 50 Pounds! When we complained the woman (who was also rude to us) said that she was afraid of her manager and will not refund it. As a side note the beer and refreshments are way too expensive and the fridge in the room overheats so nothing cools down When we went to leave the hotel (finally) we got ganged up on by all the workers there demanding we pay for things that were already broken and untouched by us and after getting aggressively accused of breaking the fan ( there was a small chip on the blade.. inside the cover), the curtains (which Were also never properly up), and for a killed plant!! We were forced to pay £240 for “damages”. After this blatant con! One of our bags was held hostage behind the desk and they would not let us leave until they had finished trying to get money out of us, the male staff member even had the cheek to try and get us to leave a £50 tip for the staff!! (He was very aggressive about the way he asked as well, demanding not asking). Worst place I’ve ever been too, besides from the poor treatment and being scammed £300, the place was dingy and just not a pleasant atmosphere; the pictures lie. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was one redheaded staff member who was surprisingly very helpful and kind. usually working the night shift.

We stayed there one night with our two months old baby, everything was fine. We booked a parking in the garage, which is not suitable for SUV´s, very limited parking space. Only basic toiletries, comfy bed. Very good breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs cooked for you. Worth the value.

Nové Město
The hotel staff was kind and helped me with any questions I had. The hotel is clean and tidy but not at a very high standard, for me it was enough. The location of the hotel is excellent - next to a metro station and a station of several tram lines but the truth is that the main square and the city center are a 15 minute walk so I didn't always use public transport, on the other hand the hotel was not in a very central and noisy place. The hotel had the option of a simple breakfast for some extra cost, but I preferred to eat in local cafes. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work and it was a hot day. I didn't talk about it with the hotel staff because I wasn't in the hotel most of the day and it wasn't the peak of the heat. It is important to note that in order to get to the elevator and from the elevator to the room there are stairs that may be difficult for older people.

A very good hotel. We stayed for two nights and the only downside was that no one cleaned the room the next day. So the service is very good, the room is very beautiful and the location is very good.

Since Booking.com the reviews and photos are not published, I try to share my experiences with other travelers on this way. We only book this hotel because there is a ice hall in it. That is very practical. The last stays were unfortunately not so pleasant.. Breakfast is a smile number. Everyone has only one table with 2 sauce discs, 2 cheese discs and 2 shoe discs,to which is the cheapest bread from Lidl (is 200 m from the hotel) to read the newspaper. You can't get anything from the buffet. My child wanted a plate of sauce, then an angry woman came out and cried ”No, No, No ... You have ...” the child was scared full. If you have allergies or are vegetarians, you just stay hungry. Also here you are experiencing with people from India and children who cannot eat these products. You simply take away the plate and finish. Do what you want. Pay you have yes... Unfortunately you can not book a room without breakfast. You can buy everything at Lidl for these few euros and enjoy a very comfortable breakfast in the room. As long-term searchers of the hotel we are disappointed and surprised by how everything has deteriorated. You can pay for lunch under the week here, and it tastes excellent. It is quite cheap for that. But you need to use the goggle translator.

Nice hotel. The transportation to this hotel is very convenient. The tram in front of the hotel can take you to the Old Town Square, Central Railway Station, Charles Bridge and other attractions. Full heating in the hotel! And electric massage bed!
