It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

This hotel agree early check in service at 11:50 am So i don,t have to wait 2 hour in front desk It is good to me And they provide breakfast buffet but this hotel don,t have air conditioner

The hotel is clean and friendly. The breakfast is neatly prepared. It is a hotel with more European travelers than Asians. The people at the desk are very friendly. The hotel location is 200-300 meters from the front and back of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall. There is pleasure in traveling by tram. ㆍWe stayed in a suite because Desk Cheek One upgraded the room. ㆍIt was so nice and thankful to have a veranda ㆍ

We were there in December, a attempt was once to stay outside the center. The hotel is about 20 km outside in no country. Rooms were private, bathroom before bed, so everything is wet when doing shower. Breakfast no special. Rooms very bright. Many visitors with dogs who called at night and in the morning. Although the entire facility has some charm and the staff was nice: Summa summarum a pureness.

Hotel is situated nearby shopping mall. In the shopping malls is available coffee shops, food corner, bread shop , supermarket BILLA and so on. It’s very convenient. Direct from shopping malls is entrance to underground. Parallel on the streets is tram stops. With underground, or tram is very easy and quickly achievable old down town Prague. Fitness and wellness is free of charge in shopping mall. Breakfast was typical Europe style. Rooms are very well accommodate. This hotel is very well choice for staying in Prague.

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient. Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.

The hostel is tidy and they clean the rooms every morning. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly, you can ask them about anything and they're always ready to help. About the location, it's not the best but also definitely not bad. It's easy to find the hostel and there's a tram stop just 5 minutes away from the hostel, where you can take a tram to the center and other parts of the city. Although the pool and sauna were overall good, the pool is neither heated nor does it look as good as in the official pictures. In reality it's a bit cold and there are cracks on the walls which might look unwelcoming at first sight. Finally, it's not a youth hostel. And in our opinion, it's not the place to be if you want to socialize.
