Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point. Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense. We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason. Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further. If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time. Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect. I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

Love the room, huge space, space for dining and kitchen simple cooking, with all utensils available in the room. bathroom was huge, quiet place, nearby to the attractions and tram station, walking distance to many places including the prague main train station (not with luggage). Highly recommended this hotel for small family and vacation.

Location was good. Centrally located. Breakfast wasn't that great with minimal options. Front counter customer service wasn't that impressive . There wasn't a feel of ”WELCOME”.

Their hospitality was truly unmatched.   My room was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The balcony offered a breathtaking view, and despite being in the heart of a bustling square, the room was peaceful and quiet.   A special shoutout to the incredible team at The Fat Cat Restaurant & Bar—their warmth, energy, and hard work truly made our trip unforgettable. Their friendliness and genuine rapport added something special to our stay.   I would highly recommend Jalta Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Prague—100% worth it!

This is a hotel that is very suitable for vacation. It is a bit like the romantic folk style of China. The small hotel garden is very beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the room is large, and the decoration style is very unique. The location is excellent. It takes less than five minutes to walk to Prague Square and there are many restaurants nearby. You can also book an evening cruise with the bellman and pick him up at the hotel. The scenery is particularly beautiful. But what I don't understand is that the front desk has to take the guest's credit card to register the information. It's not enough to swipe the card, but also has to register the credit card information. They explain that their system must enter the guest's credit card information. This is very confusing and insecure, the only negative comment. Everything else is fine.

The service attitude of the waiter is very good. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the attractions and within walking distance. The only problem is that the hotel's exhaust system has some problems, and you can smell the barbecue smell in the room at night.

We stayed at Kings Court Hotel Prague for 4 nights and throughly enjoyed it, in particular the breakfast was excellent with a huge choice for any preferences. Everyone was helpful and catered to our needs when they arose, we used the spa facilities which although was small but it served our needs particularly after a long walk around town it was quite a delight to sit in a sauna and jacuzzi. Overall I would recommend this hotel and its location as it’s all within walking distance for the main Prague sites.

The location is great, the price is good, the breakfast is the most recommended, it is exquisite and varied, I will stay here again next time; the service is very thoughtful and does not disturb others, the room is very comfortable to sleep in.

First of all, you encounter the staff who are always smiling and trying to help you from the hotel reception. The breakfast is quite good, and it is also quite successful in terms of cleaning. It is very easy to reach, 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station. It is also within walking distance of the astronomical clock and other places you should definitely visit. I really enjoyed my 2-day stay. I can't help but thank the hotel staff, they helped me get over the anxiety of being in a city I don't know. I recommend it.
