Pluses: The hotel is good, its clean, easy checkin, friendly staff. In front of the door you can get on the tram to the center in 12 minutes. A minus: We stayed for 4 days and there was no cleaning and towel refreshing. ( i didnt ask for it either, but I'm used to it being done automatically )

We stopped here using a deal from Groupon. We weren’t looking for a place we wouldn’t want to leave but wanted somewhere to sleep and shower. That’s what we got with a half decent breakfast thrown in. The hotel is a reasonable 3* in my opinion our room on the top floor was large and light with very little noise disturbance. The staff on the whole were good though the receptionist was a bit moody on check in and a couple of other times. They did make a mistake, letting us into our room which hadn’t been serviced from the previous guests. We let the receptionist know and it was sorted by the time we returned from a visit to the old town. On the whole we were pleased with the standard of the hotel for the price that we paid

The location is good in the quiet neighborhood in Prague 3. There are different choices of restaurants, cafe and bars. Very convenient to get to the old town with the bus and tram stations within 3 mins walk. And a tunnel nearby which people can walk through to connect to new town easily. The room and beds are comfortable. Also the restaurant in the hotel is nice with good beers!! The room and beds are comfortable. Also the restaurant in the hotel is nice

At the beginning, I went to the victor hotel and climbed a big slope to find this hotel. As a result, I went to the police station when I checked in. I filled in the form and the front desk was general. It didn’t feel too good. : wifi to 3 euros. . . Wifi to 3 euros. . . Wifi to 3 euros. And the surrounding tram sounds a bit big, breakfast Generally, there is hot water available. In short, I should not stay here again next time.

First impression of room - basic and smelt funny (couldn't describe it). Nice big bathroom though the shower head was broken and water went everywhere when we turned it on, we mentioned this to the less than english speaking staff and they said they'd get someone to our room, 3 hours later it was fixed. However they did offer us to use the sauna area foc in the meantime which I found good service. The toilet came away from the wall every time you get off it which is a bit of a shock at 3am! ”Double bed/room” is two single beds pushed together with two separate duvets which was not what we booked! Only 1 pillow per person which were very thin. The mattress wasn't too uncomfortable however. Window didn't seem secure and leads onto the road outside. The room however was very warm. Mini Fridge included but no amenities at all, just some plastic cups. Hole under carpet with crunching tiles. Far from the main town and any good shops, wouldn't come back.
