The location is not in the city center, but the traffic is convenient. There are bus and tram stops nearby, and there are large supermarkets and restaurants opposite.

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient. Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.

I was in the 34-bed dorm and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. The Inn isn't too far from the city centre and the staff were very friendly. The service was great, the bunk bed are a but stiff at times and the pillows too soft but , a bed is a bed! The door is a bit difficult to open, but that's just a skill issue. The toilets and showers were clean and I'd recommend to stay here for Prague if you're on a budget! Watch out, some people snore loudly though ..

Great place. Clean, comfortable. Parking and hidden bicycles . Nice service . Very good location. A little you need to approach the metro or tram but also so close . Available garden . Rooms interesting but accurate with description. Breakfast without fireworks but always complete.

I was really satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were pretty big and most importantly - clean. I was surprised with the size of the bed, it was quite large and same goes for the shower. I also appreciated that there was a kettle in our room. We had breakfast included in the price and honestly it couldn't have been better. We could choose from several kinds of pastries, they had fresh fruit, some hot meals etc. About 3 minutes of walk, there is a underground station, so you can quickly get to the city center from the hotel. There is also a supermarket just in front of the hotel and also some (mostly asian) restaurants just around the block. I also appreciated the 24h reception, since we could come back to the hotel even late at night.

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel twice in a short time. It has great location near Krizikova Metro station, and tram stop, both of which can comfortably get you to city center in few minutes. Rooms are clean, modern, 4 star standard. Breakfasts are sufficient. Using this hotel before my flights from Prague.

We had a conference (500 people) just before the pandemic hit. Hotel is great, nice bars etc, rooms are good too. Only downside is the location which is a bit of a drag from the town center and a pain to get to and from.

At the beginning, I went to the victor hotel and climbed a big slope to find this hotel. As a result, I went to the police station when I checked in. I filled in the form and the front desk was general. It didn’t feel too good. : wifi to 3 euros. . . Wifi to 3 euros. . . Wifi to 3 euros. And the surrounding tram sounds a bit big, breakfast Generally, there is hot water available. In short, I should not stay here again next time.

- on the first day I left a written note, for my room mate (and clearly addressed to them specifically) with my number on it. The cleaning staff used that, kept calling me, messaging me, sort of pretended to be my room mate, saying i was beautiful and asking how long I would be staying. said they had gotten my number from my room. Reception made me explain the situation to 3 staff members. the only thing they kept asking me ”why would a girl be messaging you that, all our cleaners are female”. (im female)... the only staff member who was remotely concerned was a young brunette girl, the rest were useless and just looked at me. i showed one of them the messages and his eye widened thats about it. all i wanted was to switch rooms as i felt unsafe. a ginger woman at reception said 'what do you really expect them to do?' tried to explain that i was being harrassed by a staff member who had access to my room, this just puzzled her. my room mate ended up staying elsewhere so i was feeling like this alone. brunette girl offered me a new room on my last night out of four. thanks to the young brunette girl who is decent. no one really seemed to care except for her that my personal information was taken and used without my permission as well. - breakfast is not good at all, but the coffee is good. - supermarket is a five minute walk - outdated rooms, broken fan system, safe doesn't work. there was a squished bug on my curtains. overall really really poor and especially for the price you pay. go stay at plus hostel for £13 a night is my recommendation.
