Excellent customer service - the welcome and friendly staff made me feel like a valued guest. I also appreciated the thoughtful extra touches, such as a bottle of water on arrival and departure. Room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was also very good - my only advice would be to go early or late if possible as it can be very busy. The location suited me fine - it's a half hour, pleasant walk to the old town or bus and tram services leave from outside the hotel. I'm not sure what facilities the hotel offers, eg a fitness centre, as I didn't look for them. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money (in January)

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only and appreciated the comfort and service throughout. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and no time for breakfast. The hotel has great location, across the street from the terminal, well sound proofed, modern architecture and furnishings. We highly recommend it.

The location is really good for a short stay~! It takes a while to get out and come back from the city. You should expect about 50 minutes one way. The cleanliness was good, and the staff was very accommodating. I'll leave with good memories~!

The hotel is lose to airport. Just next to terminate 3. We called the hotel by the black phone hung on the wall in arriving hall. The shuttle bus drive came to pick up us very quickly. Good service. The hotel website said the service is free but the reception asked us to pay.

Everything is excellent. The location was great. Tram just in front of the hotel and take you to downtown easily. Many good coffee and food places around. The manager and reception was so helpful and responded to my request very well. Will stay here again in future.

Nice and clean, I like this hotel because they keep clean all the time, friendly staffs and transportation very comfortable (nearby) nice breakfast 👍👍 very good The traffic is directly in front of the hotel

I'm a fussy guest and this was an excellent stay with staff coming up to my room and bringing me coffee and sugar and a small jug of milk when there were no packets of creamer. Location is just perfect very near the trams..just outside the hotel Supermarket and pharmacy next door and Asian food across the road. Was just an amazing stay. Breakfast was brilliant. very nice location within the embassy area of prague with a high park just 3 min away for our dog. To the next tram and metro station around 7-9 min by walk and in just 3 stations you are already in the tourist area. We were happy to stay here a little away from the whole busy tourists. The room we stayed was quite big, with two single beds and one sofa. However the bed was too soft for me… that‘s the only thing

Very nice location inside a monastery. Clem and reasonable service Need renovation I was not very well treated, because 24 hour before start the accommodation I asked to reduce of day may accommodation period ( from 2 to 1) and il was denied

If you take a taxi 15-20 minutes away from the airport, the hotel can be reimbursed for the cost of pick-up and taxi, but you must confirm with the hotel in advance, telling you your name, flight number, and approximate arrival time. After you get out, check the above information at the taxi station and wait for the bus. You need to pay for the return journey, because you have to transfer in Prague and the nearest hotel is full, so I chose this one. The hotel is clean and the service is good.
