My boyfriend and I stayed at Panorama for a weekend. Hotel looks lovely, however we had a bit of a issue with our booking. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. When I made the reservation it wasn’t clear that there was an addition charge to use the swimming pool. So when we went to use the swimming pool we’ve been advised that we needed to pay. We pointed this out to the manager, who has been really helpful. They saw the it wasn’t very clear that there was an addition charge for the use of the Spa so they agreed to give us a complementary day.
Other than that we didn’t have any issues. Hotel looks nice and it’s not too far effrontery amenities.

Hotel is located in a quiet part of town with easy access to Old Town through the adjacent metro station.
There are a few interesting parks, breweries, and wineries nearby to walk to.
Breakfast was quite satisfactory with adequate options.
The executive lounge had a good view of the town and the castle.
The sandwich selections were good but would not change from day to day.
It appeared you need to pay extra in order to use the pool, which seemed to be odd!
Overall, this would be a hotel I would return to.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Front desk is NOT open between 12:00 and 14:00 and closes pretty early in the evening, so plan accordingly. Great size room with a huge bathroom. Sad to say that the bed was not very comfortable. For a longer stay the kitchenette would be quite handy.

The location and transport are very convenient. The breakfast is good. Without AC in the room, sometimes it would be very hot and humid even with the fan provided working all the time.

Hotel is super clean and all the staff are very friendly.
It's about 5 km to Prague 1 (centrum). But you can get there by metro in just 10 minutes.
I personally found breakfast too expensive for too little/poor selection.
2 great/delicious restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

There is a subway station just across the street from the hotel. It is 4 stops to the central square
There is a large mart on the first floor of the subway station. The breakfast price is the best
I made a reservation in late May for around 100,000 won including breakfast
However, it seems that the air conditioner is not installed. Please check.

The pension was clean in the room and the shared shower room, and the key reception was easy to contact when the accommodation day approached. The inn is located in a quiet residential area, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The photo was what I ate at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel was cute and cozy. The best part about the hotel was the staff at the front desk,they were very helpful and very understanding ( the one who checked me in was very kind, since I was tired he gave me an early checkin, the lady in the night was also very helpful - I told her that I’m leaving early and requested for early breakfast by 10 - 15 minutes, she made sure of that). Will be back soon.

MM367901****I really want to give this hotel a glowing review! It was by far the most satisfying stay of my entire trip. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. They had everything from yogurt and fresh fruit to bread, sausages, and eggs. What I particularly loved was the live omelet station, where a chef would prepare omelets to order with your preferred fillings. They were absolutely delicious, and I made sure to have one every single morning. The cleanliness and service were also top-notch.
