A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this apartment was truly amazing! We specifically chose it because we enjoy cooking even while traveling, and the apartment was perfectly equipped for that. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the city centre and the famous Astronomical Clock, and literally right next to two or three museums. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and souvenir shops nearby, which made exploring the area super convenient. The building felt very secure, and the apartment itself had everything we could possibly need during our 3-day stay. From a dishwasher and washing machine to a Smart TV with Netflix access, it was incredibly well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels provided, and they even included a hoover, which shows great attention to detail. We absolutely loved the place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully furnished stay. 💗💗

We loved our stay at City Top 2Night Prague! The studio was cozy, modern, and very clean — perfect for a short city break. The location made it easy to explore Prague, with everything just a short walk away. A great choice for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

When I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue. Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided. That’s why I can’t give 5 stars. Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive. But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

The hotel was a great stay, our favourite part was the buffet style breakfast and the fitness facilities. There was a sauna, but no steam room. The opening hours for the swimming pool is reasonable, however the pool itself is rather small. It is a large hotel with lots of families staying so we did have to fight for deck chairs and space to swim and play in the pool. Despite that the kids had a nice stay in Novotel. There was a fun activity for the kids and on completing the activity, they got free ice cream. We usually stay in Novotel when we travel but have never received a reminder to sign up to accor group. After signing up we got free drinks at the bar. The kids corner had a great selection of games and toys as well as it being clean and comfortable. This hotel we very child and family friendly. The staff all spoke excellent English and treated us with great hospitality.

Hotel staff are so friendly! It was an easy check in online! I loved that! You arrive and just get the key thats it! On my last day, the receptionist helped me with my luggage I love masculine men ;) Rooms are beautiful! Clean, nice! Quiet! Great location!

You need to apply for CHECK IN at the hotel opposite, and each person's physical passport is required. There is no need to fill in the ONLINE CHECK IN in advance if it is sent online. Stayed for two nights and was very satisfied. The location and facilities are impeccable. The surroundings are very convenient. Although it is not the closest to the Charles Bridge, it is very close by walking along the river. There are THAI MASSAGE, Asian Super League, TESCO supermarket open until 0 o'clock within walking distance, and there is a hundreds of years old pig shop next to it. Elbow Stout is delicious! There are also various Asian dishes. I might consider this place next time I come.

Everything is excellent here: location, cleanness, and the warm services. My train was delayed and I arrived Prague very late, worse still, my Google maps led me to a wrong hotel. It was around 11pm, then I received the owner's message who told me how to get to the right one petienly. I am really grateful with him to help me in such a late night. In addition to this, I enjoyed my stay there very much, the room is very spacious and warm. The hotel is quiet yet close to the city centre and the public transport.

Very good experience. Subway station 3 minutes from the bus station is very convenient. The apartment is large and the price is cheap. There is an elevator. There is a washing machine to wash clothes. The bed is soft and comfortable. It is recommended. Very high cost performance

立地も設備も大満足しています。ただ、セルフチェックインの詳細が当日の朝になっても知らされず、trip.comに問い合わせてもホテルに問い合わせるように促され、ホテルの回答はAIの返答しか得られず、直接ホテルのスタッフと連絡が取れるまでに時間がかかり、無駄な時間を費やしました。夕方着く予定だったのと、フロントがないのでホテルのスタッフに直接聞けないという不安もありました。なんとかセルフチェックの方法がわかったのですが、今度は予約した部屋が用意できないと連絡がありました。旅の疲れを癒すのにバスタブが絶対条件でこちらのホテル、部屋に決めたのでとても残念でした。３泊する予定だったので、交渉して翌日からバスタブ付きの部屋に移動することになったのですが、2日目もその新しい部屋番号の連絡が約束の時間になっても来なくて、部屋に入れずに待機するというヤキモキした時間を過ごしました。メールではいつでも連絡できるようになっていると安心を謳っていますが、やり取りのスタッフもメール毎に違う人が対応していて、なかなか返事が得られず対応はいまいちでした。

This is a very retro hotel, not too far from the train station, only about 20 minutes' walk. However, it's all uphill, so it's a bit tiring to walk with a suitcase. The hotel is small, with yellow exterior walls, and very close to the subway station. The room key is very old and unique. I booked a triple room, which was quite large and had a rich breakfast.
