NON ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE personale scortese, camere sporche e distrutte e “albergo” situato in un centro commerciale abbandonato, è stato difficile trovare l’entrata, ci hanno fregato un sacco di soldi e ci hanno minacciato quelli della reseption con un teaser e con un martello. SPERO CHE QUESTA GENTE SENZA ANIMA PAGHI DAVANTI A DIO LE LORO COLPE.

Cheap rooms and very good location. The reception was easy to find if you read the booking confirmation. Bathrooms were clean and water hot. Wifi works and is quick Card accepted on reception as expected Negatives Very basic rooms and barely clean, under the beds was covered with dust and rubbish. The mattresses are filthy and two of our groups had beds with large mystery stains on. Common area lacks basic amenities Children were allowed to stay and ran around screaming. With a bit of simple work this could be an excellent location however it seems to be a grab your money and run.

Do not stay here! I was a solo traveler on my 4th day of my holiday. My bag was stolen from the hostels luggage storage. When I put my bag in the room they just asked us to keep the door closed. After filing a police report I return to the hostel to see they have now put a lock on the storage room door. I emailed the hostel over a month ago and have been ignored by their owner. Completely disrespectful response when I got one

Would be 0 stars if I could. Terrible location. Took me half an hour wandering aimlessly to find the entrance until I found a review elsewhere stating there was a YouTube video posted somewhere that I could use to help me find it. Found it in an old abandoned store of a shopping centre. Staff were rude and only accept payment through PayPal or Revolut. Facilities and rooms terrible. Smashed glass everywhere holes in doors and one toilet between 24 people. Room was directly above a club that is open until 4AM and extremely loud. Surprises me that this hostel is allowed to advertise on this website. Do not visit. Was due to stay longer with my partner flying over the next day but decided to cancel as I couldn’t have them staying in those conditions. Was not safe. Was still charged full fee. Awful.

Good location near train station and city centre. Large under bed storage although quite rattly. Staff were quick to respond when the noise was too loud at night. The showers were warm and bathroom was generally tidy. However, it was quite difficult to find the hostel and the escalator wasn't working. We had a balance to pay on arrival however this was charged in CZK which we weren’t expecting. The room had no personality and was very hot at night, with paper thin. The shower area seemed to lack storage/shelves and adequate hooks - we had to put our clothes and toiletries on the floor.

I did my booking at ********** and the same day of my check-in they decided to cancel it bc “they don’t accept bookings from third party sources”, which would be okay if they didn’t announce themselves in this platforms. BEWARE AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

We had a fair experience here overall. Pretty cheap so only expecting the basics, which I feel was met. Check in was easy and paid by card. Myself and my friend were in a room together. The hallway, bathroom, and room itself are all coded so feels safe. Cage under bed provides place to put your bags - note this is not fixed in place, it is noisy to open/shut, and need to remember your own padlock. The room and bathroom were fairly clean. Each bed has its own set of plugs, including USB - great to have but occasionally didn't work properly. Each bed also had a curtain to the side for some privacy, although if you are top bunk then there is nothing above you, so you may still be disturbed if someone turns a light on. In addition, it is easy to hear if people are loud in the hallway. The receptionists were nice and recommended where to exchange some cash. We also went on a guided tour from the hostel (around 3 hours, pay what you can) which we were really glad that we did! It is a great location with shops, museums, restaurants, and bars all within short walking distance. Due to the location we didn't use much public transport as most was walkable. Hostel itself is within the shopping centre which has a slight derelict feel to it, and had to go through a separate back entrance if coming in late, but didn't see that as an issue. On the last day we were able to store our bags here until leaving later that evening. I would use this hostel again.

booked this through hostelworld because it had a good rating. major mistake. originally booked 2 beds in a female dorm. arrived at night and were told we had to stay in separate rooms. this wouldn't have been a big deal if we were notified in advance but as two female travellers we wanted to stick together and specifically booked 2 beds in the same room. the guy at the reception was rude and frankly didn't seemed to care at all about our business. we paid through revolut (they didn't accept card) and went to our rooms. they were both messy, dirty, and some lockers were broken. one of the rooms literally had three spare beds in it even though we were told we couldn't stay in the same room? i told the guy that we were going to discuss cancelling and staying somewhere else. before we had even made a decision, he cancelled my trip on hostelworld which now explains why they have such a high rating, they obviously cancel the trips before people can write any sort of negative review. fortunately we were able to book another hostel so last minute. just generally had a a really bad vibe walking in, listened to our gut feeling, got a refund, and stayed somewhere else.

Do NOT book this hostel. It’s the worst by far I’ve ever been too. Checking in takes about one million years, and after you finally are ready to pay, low an behold, they don’t take card! Even though their description on Hostel world says they do. They either want you to wire money through a random app or pay cash. The reception and staff seem to have no clue as to what’s going on. When we checked in we were given a brief overview of the facility “accommodations”. The next morning my partner and I walked 30 minutes to do laundry, when there was a laundry room in the hosts the whole time that no one told us about. Furthermore, when we asked where the kitchen was (because although we were told there was a “kitchen” not where to locate it), they directed us to a random room on the first floor that has no kitchen amenities. It’s all “staff only”, no fridge, basically no stove, no utensils….we had to walk all the way back through the hostel to ask where a fridge was. It’s in a random corner on the first floor. Once there, it says “fridge is broken, so not store food, food will be thrown away…” when I inquired about this, receptionist basically shrugged and said he didn’t know, wasn’t sure, and that it’s probably working. The hostel itself is located in an abandoned ***** mall with no working escalator. (A visiting friend from a different hostel thinks they’re squatting.) Moreover, the rooms, that “sleep 8 people” are literally no more than shoebox size and basically have no storage space. My partner and I are sleeping with our 62L backpacks in bed with us. All in all, the WORST HOSTEL I’ve ever been to. Truly a joke and honestly seems not legit. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
