The location is at the center point It just happened to be Christmas even. It only takes about 3 minutes to walk. There is a Korean restaurant next to it that serves Korean food. Cheap and good quality The supermarket next door is more expensive

The hotel was spacious and nice. If you arrive after 5pm, you cannot check in directly. After walking for about 3 minutes and getting the key from another place I entered the information for check-in the next day. It was difficult to carry the suitcase and go up half a floor.

I'll write why I gave it a low rating. Keep everything in mind, the reception is open until 17:00!!! I arrived at about 10 pm, got into a taxi, showed the address and he took me somewhere in the city at night. He says here is your address. I go out, pull out 3 heavy suitcases, and the taxi leaves. I start to look around and don’t see the object. But I saw some kind of boarding house, I went in to ask. There the madam asks for my last name and hands me an envelope with a key and tells me that my apartment is a few blocks from this place 😱🫣 trying to explain to me how to get there through the crooked streets, I don’t have the Internet yet, there’s no connection, it’s night outside and there are no people , heavy luggage, but thank God there is no rain, and it is not uncommon in Prague. I wandered around with my suitcases for half an hour, approaching rare passers-by to ask where this street was. I have never experienced such a terrible settlement in my life!!! If I had been notified in advance, of course I would have canceled the reservation!

This is a famous black shop The bathroom is transparent, with only a dusty curtain, the facilities are extremely simple, the small water channel has a bad smell, there is no curtain, and I was woken up by the light at three o'clock in the morning

It's far from the hotel front Also, there are elevators on every half floor, so it's a bit difficult if your luggage is heavy. the terrace is very nice

It's near the Prague station. 5 minutes on foot?? it's close. There is also an elevator!! It was nice to have a coin laundry nearby. But I can hear some cars passing by outside... Sensitive people may be a little bothered..!

The room was super dirty, with WC not disinfected and properly cleaned. The WC lead was broken. Somebody's hairs was everywhere on the floor on the bathroom. When I complained about the cleanliness she sprayed the WC and that's it, getting into the room without asking if it's a good time for me. So no one does proper cleaning over there. The foot towel was totally dirty when I dropped it on the floor. The coffee machine was covered with dust, when I showed that to the receptionist she laughed at my face. At the end the cleaning lady started arguing with me by saying that no one ever complained for cleanliness for 8 years. Staff is absolutely not customer oriented and rude. I don't know how they honored themselves 4 stars... is barely 2. Rooms have no sound isolation, whoever closes the door in the building you can hear that. The only good is location, is walkable distance to everywhere.
