The stay in the hostel has been absolutely amazing. A very nice and welcoming team, a clean and comfortable hostel and great activites. such a great hostel!!! Hostel volunteers create such a welcoming and comforting environment. This place was always super clean, had fun events to join in on, never too noisy Jenny was such a great group lead and kind person overall! best of wishes

If you are a social backpacker, looking for a cozy hostel with a lot of amazing people in the centre of Prague GO HERE! I have been traveling a lot and stayed in many different hostels but this one is surely one of the best. It offers good rooms and a super welcoming atmosphere. The family dinners, followed by some social drinking games and other fun activities are the ideal place to connect with others and plan the tours for the next day. In general the hostel offers a wide variety of activities so you will never be bored or alone. Special thank you to Ro, Francesca and Melita. They have done an incredible job and we have had the best time. Super friendly and welcoming. Until next time!

bad experience wouldn’t recommend staying here if you can avoid it. Beds were uncomfortable and disgusting. I think there were bed bugs. bathrooms weren’t clean so I had to find separate accommodations for bathing. It’s a cheap option but not worth it.

DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL FIND BED BUGS. Booked for 5 nights but on our FIRST NIGHT we found bed bugs. Told staff the next morning and they were not surprised. Clearly an ongoing problem in the hostel. The staff assured us we would get a refund as we cancelled the rest of our stay. But that was a lie; we are not getting a refund. The reviews are manipulated, we are blocked from leaving a review on Hostelworld. Spoke to some members in our room a few days later and they did not know, so we assume they have not addressed the issue. Shocking experience.

Best hostel+staff ever! Melike was so kind, caring and always answered any questions! Not to mention cooked for everyone also! Roco allowed for a great experience with checking out and in. It was so good. Keep being who you are! I would highly recommend this hostel!

I booked via their website and was refused to enter because I'm over 40 years old. This age limit was not mentioned during the booking (including the terms and conditions I had to accept) and refund was also refused. This has a name in English: SCAMMING!
