Terrible customer support, a gentleman Andrei should not be working at such a nice hotel like this. Worst experience, rudest customer support I have ever encountered in my life.

The hotel is very new, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the train station, a ten-minute walk. The hotel service is very warm and thoughtful. The dinner in the restaurant is great, and the breakfast is also very good. I booked two rooms and arranged them on the same floor, which is convenient for two children.

The hotel restaurant staff is very welcoming and the breakfast is delicious. Ctrip requested that it would be better if the hotel could be seen. I said that it was a honeymoon trip and wanted to decorate the room. The feedback I received was that I didn't receive any information at all.

Because it is in the old city, the corridors and rooms are relatively small. But a heinous thing happened during the stay. At 2 a.m., my wife and I were rang the doorbell! We were broken into before we could react! We were shocked in our sleep! I thought of a lot of kidnapping and other horrible things. Later, I called the front desk and they just said lightly, "Oh, we know, it's just that the room service sent it wrong." The next day, they even sent a bottle of wine hypocritically, but it couldn't make up for our sleep at all. In summary, avoid staying at Andaz. As a sub-brand of Hyatt, it may have some advantages of big brands in decoration and design, but it is still very poor in the warmth and details of service!

The hotel facilities are first-class and full of details! The restaurant is of high standard, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious! The gym and sauna are very quiet and comfortable. Our flight is at night, and we can soak in the sauna lounge for half a day after checking out. The service is very good👍

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design. Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels) Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

5-star hotel. 4-star facilities. Good location. However, the room is small. A bit noisy during the day.
