Where to start? Location right in the old town square was amazing. Rooms were first class, and fitted out to a high spec, particularly the bathroom. We didn’t use the shared kitchen/laundry/dining table facilities, but they looked equally well kept. Air con is via a standalone piece of equipment which is just about fine. We would have probably liked it a little cooler, due to temperatures in the 30’s (C), but that’s partly because the rooms are so spacious. Don’t be put off by having to check in at the hotel. I wish I could remember the name of the member of staff who took our bags over on arrival (in sweltering heat), and came to collect them at 3.45am. It’s only a 3 or 4 minute walk through the square but hugely appreciated. Im not sure how many places there are in world where you are at the heart of a capital city for the price we paid…….excellent value for money.

An old apartment with no services to speak of. It is rated five stars. In my opinion, it is not worth living in. There are no elevators or services. The apartment entrance is through a bar. It is a very, very old apartment. I strongly do not recommend it.

Centrally located. Very clean place. We had a very comfortable stay. No noise from outside. Has kitchen and washer and dryer. Everythjng is provided in the kitchen. Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Staff are very quick in ensuring all our needs are met. And staff are quick to respond. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

Great location. Very hospitable, experienced and well trained staff. Spacious, clean and elegant room. Only hiccups are the early morning noise from the loading/unloading for the restaurant below (if you want to sleep in), and the air conditioning (not as effective as you would like on hot days ). Would stay again and recommend!

Best location, but there are noise from the street Fantastic service Big appartment You can walk to all the attractions, form the hotel. There good restaurants on every cornor. It is not an option, to get any meals at the hotel, because you get your own privat apratment. We are definitely coming back to this hotel

Best location in Old Town, everything was in walking distance. I was surprised, how quiet our room was considering you are so central.Apt was actually nicer than shown on pictures, beautiful big room. An staff was super friendly and helpful !

Perfect old town square view including the famous clock. Luxury pad. Big modern bathroom. Lovely hosts at the hotel which checked us into our room. Quiet, even though it’s above a restaurant. Central location. I definitely highly recommend.

Don't bother with the Old Square Market it's an absolute disgrace. It's mainly food and drink stalls with a few Christmas merchandise stalls with decidedly naff and unimaginative stuff on sale. I'm really disappointed as I thought this would be a really nice experience. I've done Salzburg, Nuremberg and Krakow and they are greatly superior to this dross. There is no Christmas feel about in fact all the markets are the same in Prague. I'd go as far as to say tje Christmas markets in the UK are better and ,well enough said! Really disappointed 😞
