Being on the court and hosting guests from all over the world
The room was air-conditioned and it was the most comfortable night of the entire trip.
There are large shopping malls, supermarkets and residential buildings nearby.
There is a food court and a Southeast Asian restaurant
There was a bit of a hindrance when checking in, saying that the room payment had not been received and that it needed to be processed through a trip.

First we got a 2 man room instead of a 4 man room. That didn't work at all. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the room was finally exchanged. No apologies or anything came from the staff. Except for one person who speaks a little German, no one could speak it there. To make matters worse, we waited more than 30 minutes to get a table in the breakfast room. All things were empty, toast, strawberry tea, etc., which was simply not refilled.

At the beginning of September our agency organized a seminar in this hotel for 26 people. The preparation with the responsible manager before the event went very well, the meeting was friendly. During the event, the staff was friendly and helpful, and was always able to meet the needs of the group. I can recommend the hotel for similar meetings.

I went to this very luxury hotel, I stayed there for 3 nights and I must say that it was the best experience i’ve ever experienced. The personal was really nice and really helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with it. I would definitely recommend going there. No regrets!🤍
