Room was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom.
There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door.
Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel.
No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags.
Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature.
Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum.
Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold.
Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

For the fact that we had reserved a superior room, it was too small and cramped, and even the completely useless column in the room did not sell it.. The view to nowhere ..

Very small rooms, not as advertised on site. 100% women management. Rude and unhelpful reception, same breakfast everyday, they do not clean rooms everyday. They do not bring anything in the room, you need to walk down the building, cross the road , go to reception in another building and pick up iron/tooth brush/etc and come back. They charge extra for towels. no socket outlets for chargers, need to move tables, unplug lamps and plug chargers. some lamps do not have switches, need to move tv table and unplug lamps every night. horrible mattress, do not stay here, if you have back pain . Reception doesn't even give any info about the region , they have so information about the city. Ultra SLOW internet , disconnecting every 5 sec.

We stayed in the Patio part of the hotel which is situated on the opposite side of a very busy road with fast moving trams to the main hotel. The rooms are very basic and were clean and very warm with radiators throughout. There is no AC which could be an issue in the summer. Breakfast had hot and cold options with plenty of breads cheeses hams etc. Hot was limited to sram le egg and a variety of vegetables and hotdog style sausage. There is no bar in the hotel but you do have a mini bar in the room. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill with the nearest tram stop Viktoria being a 4 min walk away. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English and were very helpful. If you book a taxi through the hotel reception the taxi will only accept cash no cards. Overall we would consider this a reasonable budget hotel

Excellent quality of services and location close to the center of Prague. The hotel staff was very nice and willing to help. Special thanks to Mrs. Elina from the hotel reception for her kind and professional care! A place worth recommending! We will definitely come back here.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. It is spacious and offers spaces for social events. The rooms are clean and cozy. Even the breakfasts are simply excellent. In addition, a great location near transport hubs and the city center. I would love to come back here with my whole family. Thank you Ariston’s team for that kind stay.

This hotel is located in a good location only 4 stops to centre by tram which is only a short walk from the hotel all the staff were very helpful especially nikoleta on reception that girls is amazing couldn't do enough for us always happy to help thank you nikoleta for making our trip that bit more special

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel Ariston Prague. Very helpful and friendly stuff (Nikoleta). Delicious breakfast sweet and salty buffet you have a lot of options to choose and good location as well. We will Come back again for sure! Regards, Pawel
