두달전에 예약한 호텔 갑자기 체크인 안된다고 trip 에서 연락와서 변경 해준 호텔인데 완전히 최악 이었음
trip에서 잘못해서 호텔을 바꾼건데 그럼 좀 괜찮은 호텔을 제시해야하는거 아닌가요?
화장실은 찌린내 진동하고 세면대 물도 졸졸 나와서 샤워기만 써야했고
방을 변경하고 싶은데 저희가 도착하고 좀 있다가 7시 지나자 데스크에 사람도 없고 연락도 안되서 방 변경 어려워서 그방에 그냥 머물렀네요
이미 짐을 다 풀어서 그냥 하루만 더 버티자 했는데 내 돈내고 왜 그런 끔찍한 곳에서 묵었는지 후회 됩니다
도시세도 체크인 하면서 카드결재 했는데 안냈다고 다시 내라고 우기다가 영수증 보여주니 미안하다는 소리도 없이 됐다고 하고
여행 중 첫번째로 묵었던 호텔 때문에 완전히 기분 나빠졌습니다
다시는 가고싶지 않은 호텔이고 trip.com.도 이용 안할껌니다

The hotel is located in a new neighborhood very close to a tram stop that takes you straight into the Old City. If you plan to walk from the Florenc Bus Station with heavy luggage, prepare yourself as it is quite a climb over the cobbled streets! The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is simple yet satisfactory. Unfortunately, all the wall sockets in my room wasn’t working, so I had to charge everything in the bathroom. Wi-fi is charged at an extra price, which wasn’t worth it as the reception in my room was zero to none. But all in all, not bad.

Last year when COVID-19 hit, and the borders closed I was staying at the hotel. I was from the outset uncertain as to whether I should check in but the Kazakh woman at the reception told us that in case we needed to depart early, they would honour our remaining nights at a later date. The latter turned out to be a lie. I was just again in Prague, and contacted them a few weeks ago. THEY NEVER RESPONDED, and hence I paid for a service and never used, albeit I was told I could take advantage of it at a later date. They are sly.

Non è in centro però passano i tram ed è una bella zona. Le camere sono pulite e ci hanno accolto benissimo spiegando tutto anche con qualche parola in italiano. Il bidet non c'è ma il bagno è comodo e pulito, compreso bagnoschiuma. Ottima colazione. Solo una cosa negativa in bagno a volte si sentiva odore sgradevole.
