The hotel's location is excellent, right by Charles Bridge. The overall atmosphere is pleasant. However, the room facilities are quite basic. The window only had a sheer curtain, with no blackout, so the room got bright very early in the morning.

The location is excellent, right by the bridge. I stayed on the 5th floor, and with the skylight open, the river breeze would sweep through the room. It was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel is housed in a historic building, directly opposite Charles Bridge. Its location is incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance of many attractions. I would absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Prague.

Great rooms, friendly staff. Parking a car is a bigger head ache. Valet parking is the concept but did not work smoothly. No short term parking in front of the hotel, so had to go 3 times around the block until I found a corner to park and find the bell boy who was very busy parking other cars. Room hadn’t heating - cold. Breakfast so so …

In the front desk, there is a tall girl with blond hair, she was really helpful and help us call the Taxi! The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the famous sites, everything else is very good.
