The breakfast was very well prepared. The service was excellent. The hotel was near the station.

The room service was not good, I asked them for towels and they did not bring them
I asked them for toilet paper and they didn't bring it
And it was like that for the whole stay
And every time I called to ask what was going on with it, I was told that another 5 minutes
And finally I had to go down to reception to ask them

The hotel is in a great location, only about a 10-minute walk from the train station, Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge. The breakfast is great!

Breakfast is clean and good. I walked from Prague Station. The room was smaller than expected. I was worried it would be cold since it was February, but the heating worked very well. You can walk to the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. And since the hotel doesn't provide refills for water bottles, I bought it at the hotel bar and it cost 115 CZK for a bottle. I also withdrew 400 CZK without a fee at the nearby KB A** using the Travel Wallet card, but there was no need to spend cash.

The location and breakfast are very good, and the room is big enough, but the towels seem to be old towels that have been used for more than 5 years, special points are deducted, and there is not much urban construction tax, which other hotels do not charge!

Should I have one comment is that towels were changed daily, which is not needed for a three night stay.

Great location, very close to all famous places. Very helpful people at reception. Breakfast was really nice, very satisfied overall
