No air conditioning in the room, and if you are staying on the 5th floor it is impossible to use the shower.
Pillows had stains on them and were quite old and flat.

Because check in needs to be in another hotel, plus the trip is heavy, very inconvenient. In addition, the toilet window was not covered and could be seen from the building next door, but after a long time, it was possible to change rooms.

Check in is in another hotel across a very busy rd about 400 yds away. Shower didn't work day for 4 days and reported twice Safe didn't open No water on 9th, resumed in the evening. One pillow per bed and they said they had no more. Noisy room on the 1st floor due to constant beeping of key codes and slamming of doors. Kettle didn't work for 2 days Reception phone no was wrong and we were not given correct no No bar or lounge or any inside seating areas. I asked to move rooms twice and was told it would be possible but I was never contacted. This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel. Be careful !

Hotel a little old which although clean could do with a bit of a refresh. No reception staff. Breakfast correct and substantial. Kettle in the rooms with tea and coffee. Interesting location with metro and tram nearby

I am still staying at the hotel and it is a real nightmare because the cleaning is terrible, in fact I would say it is non-existent. The first day we found the sheets dirty with hair. Today they did not even redo my children's room in addition to the fact that they are in the dark due to an electrical fault. This is the third day of stay and they never changed the towels. The rooms are scorching because there is no air conditioning and there is only a fan. I do not recommend it to everyone!

I have been staying at this hotel for only two days and I have already encountered numerous problems. As soon as we entered the room we immediately noticed the room with dirty floor and bed full of other people's hair, in the bathroom and in the bedroom the lights are missing and as icing on the cake, the staff, who despite the continuous complaints do not assist the customer, indeed, they promise to do it the next day (never done). Decent hotel in an excellent location, it's a pity that it had a super busy road in front of it, even at night!! I had asked for a quiet room and I was given it facing the street; upon my request to have a room at the back the receptionist bluffed by saying that the hotel was full in a rude way!!! Breakfast ok! If I were to go back I would go somewhere else!!
