We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is located in a small street - but very close (about a 5 minute walk) to the Namesti Miru metro and tram stations. The outside road is very quiet, but very accessible to public transport. The hotel counter sells tickets for a the public transport usage in Prague as well. The hotel staff is very helpful and attends to all needs. The hotel serves only breakfast - but there are quite few restaurant options closeby, which you can go to, for your other meals. We had a very large room, along with a sitting area and an attached kitchen as well. So if you wanted a hot beverage or wanted to fix yourself a small meal, it was really easy. The hotel also organises airport / station drops (chargeable). Would recommend stay at this place - if you are not looking at very plush stay options.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and helpful - everyone, including cleaning staff, check in personnel and kitchen staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quiet area, but close to the tram which takes you both to the old town and the castle. The tram goes by every 5 minutes - cheap way to get around. Nice restaurants in the area and the hotel provided us numerous discount vouchers which were accepted with a smile. Overall the hotel is well situated and great value.

This was our first visit to Prague and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience at Hotel Orion. Its location in Vinohrady is peaceful while still very convenient for walking and transit. The neighborhood itself has a great feel and we frequented the local cafes. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast options (including locally made breads and jams) were delicious. Our room was just like the pictures - spacious, comfortable, and everything well-maintained. (I still miss that bed.) That they offered currency exchange was a much appreciated surprise. (Credit cards are widely accepted in the city but it was still helpful to have a little cash on hand.) Wi-fi is not the strongest, but if that’s not a deal-breaker we highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Hotel Orion for helping make our visit so special!

We were in Prague to visit with our daughter, who is studying abroad at the University of New York in Prague. We were so happy to have such a lovely place to stay, and be so close to her! Breakfast was lovely, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay. We had a spacious, comfortable room. Nice area to stay - close to both tram & Metro stop at Namesti Miru and another Metro Line (IP Pavlova) also a fairly short walk. Plenty of food options in the area. The breakfast was nice - with several options that changed daily. At the reception, Anton provided any need information and always very pleasant. Nice, safe neighborhood.

Spacious room with kitchenette on the topfloor of the building. Beautiful view. Close to tram. Excellent service of the staff when they helped solving my mistake in booking for 1 night instead of 2. Even when every hotel in Prague was fully booked they managed to find us an apartment in a historical building close to the Orion hotel. Special thanks to Sylvie who was so kind to send my daughter’s forgotten Teddybear all the way to the Netherlands. We will definitely return to this hotel when we go to Prague!

Great hotel in an undiscovered area. Staff amazing. Apartment permitted us to cook. Clean and well appointed. Lots of stuff locally and very close to town on trams and metro. Breakfast was always interesting, and the staff work hard as they do breakfasts i the morning and clean during the day. Well worth it!

Had a 3 night stay with family, 2 children and 4 adults. Honestly cannot fault the Hotel! Soooo clean, wonderful room, super warm and silent at night. The breakfast was 5* and great location, nearby shops and bars, with a 7min walk to tram-line ! Would HIGHLY recommend
