10 points is not bad! You can boil hot water or soak in frozen water in the shared space. The toilet has a fan. The room is suitable for two people.

The room for single occupancy is not big and has a bit of a smell. However, since we are on the first floor, the noise from the street outside is loud and dusty when we open the window, and there is no air conditioning or fan in the room. The soundproofing of the room is also very average. I was woken up in the early hours by other travelers chatting outside. There is also a sensor light in the shared bathroom, which sometimes turns off on its own during bathing. The overall feeling of staying here is not very good. The advantage is that the location is convenient. There are stations and supermarkets around, as well as many restaurants.

This was a great place to stay - good facilities and everything you need for a short break - even a washing machine! Location is very convenient and quiet, a short walk down the road to the centre, a tram stop directly outside, and a supermarket just across the road.

The place was very cozy. Love the interior and all the appliances inside the apartment/room. Ill definitely staying here again if i’ll go back to Prague.

Very good stay! Impressed
This place is more like a hostel, but the nicest we've been to. We had a private room but shared bathroom. The bathrooms were always neat and tidy. They even have a double shower for couple, which makes it efficient during shower times. The kitchen area and the kitchenware is in good condition and very clean...perfect to cook meals. Dedicated boxes in the refrigerator for each room. Washer and dryer are available for a small fee as well. Overall place is nice and organized. No AC but they supply a fan in the room, which is nice during hot weather. The location is perfect: supermarket on the other side of the street, walkable distance to train station and the city center as well. Safe area but all doors are locked with a code.
Very very pleased with our stay, totally recommend.

It was an excellent stay and everything worked perfectly well. The only negative thing was that the room was very warm since it doesn’t have an AC. There was a fan in there but that didn’t help cooling the room. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay. It was a good neighborhood, nice restaurant and friendly staff.
