I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel that I feel compelled to share. Due to an unexpected and serious emergency, I was unable to use my reservation. I immediately contacted the hotel, explained the situation, and requested a partial refund or a change of dates, hoping they would understand and show some empathy. Unfortunately, despite the gravity of the situation, my request was flatly denied. The lack of flexibility and compassion shown by Lukas Krajicek, the General Manager, was extremely frustrating, especially considering the unforeseen nature of the emergency. While I understand there are policies in place, it’s disheartening when a business doesn’t consider the human element or show any leniency in extraordinary circumstances. I was hoping for a more understanding approach, especially given that I had to cancel under such serious conditions. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the hotel, and I would advise potential guests to be cautious and consider the policies of this hotel carefully before booking.

This was a lovely hotel. The rooms very very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was in a quiet location but close to the Charles Bridge and the centre of town. And the breakfast was absolutely magnificent.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was included and amazing, and the staff were lovely. It was in a quiet street below the castle but easily walkable to the Charles Bridge. And at a very reasonable price. Loved it. Would recommend and would stay again.

Gli alloggi del piano terra sono pieni di muffa e puzzano di umido. Impossibile soggiornarvi. Dovrebbero fare intervenire le autorità sanitarie! Il nostro alloggio era pieno di grate che davano in intercapedini da dove risaliva puzzo e sporco. Da evitare!

Ideal gelegenes kleines Hotel unterhalb der Prager Burg, völlig ruhig gelegen, da ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Individuell eingerichtete Zimmer jedes nach Epoche und berühmten Persönlichkeiten benannt.
