The fridge smelled and had to be removed. The room has not been cleaned during my stay. If I had not asked for new towels I would have not got any. The personnel at reception could barely communicate in English and were not able to answer any questions. The buffet was good. There was food for every taste.

Really terrible visit. I’d booked a junior suite and on arrival was allocated room 106. This is by far the dirtiest accommodation I’ve ever had with a huge stain in the middle of the carpet and questionable stains across the sofa. In addition the curtains were very flimsy and wouldn’t close meaning there was no privacy from neighbouring apar**ents that looked straight into the room. I asked fo check out and was told I couldn’t by reception (not the case I later discovered after checking with ***********). I spent an evening trying to find another room in the hotel. Others were disappointing and one had curtains hanging off the rail. Eventually found a standard double but this needed vacuumed and the toilet was so damaged that it was a health hazard and couldn’t be used. I checked out early the next day but the hotel still charged for one night in a junior suite rather than the standard double I had. I’ve written to them via *********** and they have neither responded or resolved this outstanding issue at the time of submission. Also during the stay the receptionist was very nice but there was no duty manager she could refer to for assistance. I wouldn’t stay here again

Even if my room got clean every day, everything in the room were so old that it still felt dirty. Old furniture can give a nice vibe, but this felt old in the wrong way. BIG need of a renovation. I met three different people from the hotel staff and everyone looked and talked like they just wanted to go home and sleep haha. Zero feeling for working with service. The hotel was good enough for me to stay and not change hotel, but i would never book it again.

Utterly poor management! Utterly poor clients’ assistance from Managerial perspective! Manager Jakov is not there to solve the quests’ issues, but for adding additional problems and worries. I did not want to get personal, yet this gentleman did not leave us a chance to leave a nice review here. We’ve booked a spacious room with a king size bad and a bath. Initially, we’ve got accommodated into a tiny room - totally different from what we’ve booked - with no prior notice. When we’ve informed the gentleman on the reception desk, he tried to help us out, yet there were no rooms up to the standards we’ve booked due to fact, they had some issues with canalization. Guests need to be informed in advance in cases like that! We’ve talked to a Manager in the morning, Mr Jakov seemed to be very busy, hence we had to wait. Once we described the situation, he assured us, he will fix the issue by the evening. What we were promised: 1. a nicer room up to the standards we’ve booked 2. a refund for the inconveniences caused by Hotel’s discrepancy What we’ve got: 1. actually a bigger and a really nice room , yet there was an unbearable strong vinegar smell there 2. no bath in the bathroom 3. no information regarding the refund We came back to conversations on a reception desk, they had no other rooms to offer, therefore we stayed in the old smaller room and were promised, the Manager will be there in the morning to discuss it further. We’ve also asked the staff to notify the Manager, we’re going to talk to him in the morning, so he can make a space for us and prepare some solutions. Jakov did not show up in the morning. Accordingly, we’ ve presented the issue to the 5th person from the reception desk. We were not shared the Manager’s contact details as we wanted to contact him ourselves, yet got assured, we will get the nicer room in the evening. In the evening we’ve got the same room with a strong vinegar smell again. We’re staying till 22d October and wanted to grasp the Higher Management attention to the the way the Manger is treating the Guests. We had to waste our precious time on: - Endless discussions on the front desk with different people - Looking for a Manager Jakov, as if he was the major Prague’s tourist attraction :) - Moving our stuff from one room to another several times - Dealing with a vinegar smell with perfume and palo santo - Mastering the art of a strong will and patience during vacations - Writing the negative review Dear Higher Management, I kindly ask you to pay more attention to the way your Clients are treated, and provide some trainings for the Manager on how not to escape from the problems and get things done. We’re expecting apologies and a significant refund.

Imagine a 4-star hotel that does not have a bar or restaurant even though it is advertised outside, come on, you arrive tired and there is not even a machine to buy anything. Imagine a 4-star hotel where you arrive at the room and they give it to you unmade, with lipstick stains and knocks on the bathroom door and with a television smaller than a laptop. Imagine a hotel where you have to ask, in addition to putting it on the doorknob of the room, that they make it for you and, even so, they always forget. Imagine a hotel that says it is central and it takes you half an hour, either on foot or by tram. You already know what you are choosing.

We stayed with our family in this hotel from 22/07/2022 to 25/07/2022 (normal), after the first night we left the hotel. Room was terrible. There was no ventilation or air conditioning (it was 30 degrees outside), when you opened the window there was noise from traffic. So it was sweltering. Reception in the evening was either unmanned or there was a man sitting unkempt (t shirt full of stains, old trousers). He could not give a clear answer to the question or provide information. In the room there was a strange smell. The manager was not present, everything had to be done via email (1 time out of 3 I received an answer). Unprofessional. Breakfast was not good for a 4 star hotel. Both *********** and this hotel do not tell the truth about what it is like in reality. If you compare this 4 star hotel with a 4 star hotel nearby (OREA Angelo Praha), that is a very big difference. OREA hotel was great (we had to book the rest of the nights there). The only slightly positive experience is the woman at the reception the next morning (friendly and helpful). I don't recommend anyone to visit this hotel.
