The service was great, they were willing to lend us the Swiss adaptor which we did not bring with us for free.

the hotel location is excellent within walking distance from city's major tourist landmarks. the front desk staff is friendly, and has given a lot of tourist advice to me and wife. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and fellow travellors.

Perfect stay! Room is very clean and spacious, breakfast is very dericious (especially Strudel), and staff are friendly and polite.

Room is very cleaned and new. Sadly no gym but the location, the service and breakfast are all perfect. The down side is the mattress and pillows are way too soft, no pillow options at all.

Clean and tidy, less than ten minutes walk from the train station, and more than ten minutes walk to the attractions and commercial streets of the Old Town Square. The hotel upgraded us to the only triple room with a balcony for free, which is very suitable for a family of three (although we were two this time). The location, price, facilities, etc. are all worth recommending.

1. The hotel is in a good location: Prague Central Railway Station is a 10-minute walk away, and it is easy to find, next to the small square of the clock tower. 2. Hotel surroundings: Close to the food shopping plaza, there are Chinese food, Czech food, bars, ramen shops, and cafes. Just around the corner is the downtown area, and supermarkets, vegetable markets, and commercial streets are close at hand. 3. Hotel facilities: There are coffee machines and capsules, but no kettle. The coffee machine can produce hot water, and the capsules are limited to 4; the air conditioning panel has no adjustment function, it can only be turned on and off; it is rare to have slippers and lotions, which is great! The mattress and pillow are very comfortable, the doors and windows are of good quality, there is no noise when they are closed, and the sound insulation is very good. The most intimate thing is that there are two small sofas, so you don’t have to stay in bed to watch your phone or TV. 4. Hotel breakfast: The place is not big, but the variety is quite complete. The cheese and meat slices are beautifully cut, and they are neatly laid on the plate. It is very appetizing. Surprisingly, there is a chia seed milk cup, which tastes very good. The scrambled eggs are cooked at a moderate temperature, mixed with tomatoes, the Czech version of scrambled eggs with tomatoes. There are not many leafy salads, but there are many kinds of nuts, which can supplement high-quality fats. 5. Check-in and check-out are very simple, and the minibar needs to be paid.
