Hotel Leon

A delicious breakfast and good service. Comfortable room. Leaving the hotel there is a tram that connects you to other parts of the city.

Very bad staff. Unqualified without any empathy. If you have any complaints you should contact the manager yourself by email. The people at reception do nothing. The rooms themselves were good but the bathroom stank. We were not allowed to change rooms and were instead advised to look for a new hotel. Never again 🙅🏿‍♂️

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The accommodation was perfect for our family, with two rooms and a bathroom that were connected and large enough (we were 5). The breakfast was sufficient, with perhaps more savoury things than sweet ones. If you come back later in the evening, there is no receptionist, but you enter through a secondary door with a card. The negative notes are the cleanliness, both on arrival and during the stay, the rooms were not very clean and one day when we came back at 3pm the rooms still had to be tidied up. It is located outside the centre of Prague but has a tram stop right below and in 15 minutes you can get to the centre. Overall, sufficient, even if it gives the impression of a hostel rather than a hotel.
