Day 1 - Upon entering our room and was trying to put away our clothes in the wardrobe, we were greeted with a pair of boxer briefs belonging to a previous guest. Made us doubt how thorough the hotel is when cleaning after a guest vacates the room. Mattress is a spring one and is quite firm, so if you're used to a memory foam bed, you'll find it hard to sleep. We asked if they have a mattress topper but they don't, they gave as an extra duvet instead. Breakfast choices was quite poor. We stayed for 11 nights with breakfast included. We had to eat eggs everyday since we don't eat pork. We asked if there's any meat alternative for non pork eater but we were told no that's all we have. The choices for breakfast are the same every single day. Cereal, eggs, bacon,sausage, breads, salads. . What I liked most Staff- they are the nicest. Especially the female staff during breakfast and the asian looking staff at reception i forgot his name. Location - perfect to get into different parts of the city. Narodni Trida station is a few steps away. Shops are also everywhere in the area, also loads of decent restaurants. Room for Improvement Pls have attention to detail when cleaning. Tea/coffee facility was dusty. Underneath the bed was also dusty. Pls. provide more breakfast options for non pork eaters. And be creative with your menu, you cant feed your guest the same stuff everyday especially if they are staying longer.
