It is located on the side facing the alley, opposite the subway side and Burger King. The check-in method is a little confusing for unfamiliar travelers, so we recommend that you check it out before you arrive: 1: Enter the entrance code into the intercom on the left side of the entrance door (the code will be sent to you by email) 2: Open the door while the buzzer is ringing and enter the room 3: Enter your key code into the key box in the one in your building (try both if you don't know) of the two key boxes on the right side when you enter and receive your key (the code will be sent to you by email) 4: If your room is in a separate building, you will need to move. Follow the instructions to go outside once. Place your key on the door of the separate building and enter while the buzzer is ringing. 5: When you arrive at your room, place your key against the doorknob and enter while the buzzer is ringing. The shop is only open from 8:00 to 12:00, but you can buy mineral water for 1€ and the staff speaks English fluently. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan. It is a serviced hotel with a very good location. There are tram and subway stations downstairs, and transportation is very convenient. In addition, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, and daily groceries nearby, so the living functions are excellent. Even walking to and from the Old Town is quite convenient. The main color of the room is white, with plenty of light, making people feel at ease. The staff are helpful and friendly. Even though some of the staff only speak Czech, they are very polite to the guests and willing to provide assistance, and there is no barrier due to language barriers.

When moving to various areas in Prague, it is the best location to use trams, subways, buses, etc. The apartment facilities and interior are very clean, and the room, living room, and kitchen are all spacious and well-organized. The staff is very friendly and responds appropriately to various requests. In all aspects, such as cleanliness, location, facilities, and friendliness, the price-to-performance ratio is excellent.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, but the room is still neat and clean and has kitchen facilities.

Nice and clean apartment. A little cheap as it is furnished with Ikea and it would have been useful to have just some welcome salt/oil and water. Very nice shower and however everything worked properly and was pleasant.

The hotel room was recently renovated, and the interior is quite new, but the most terrible thing is the self-service check-in. Ctrip has not improved it at all. I was confused when I arrived at the door of the apartment. I pressed the door button frantically for a while and someone opened the door. Then there was no one at the front desk during working hours. , I could only call the hotel, and someone answered and told me how to get the key step by step, so I knew this was a fully self-service hotel. There are many hotels like this in Prague, and they don’t have air conditioning. You need to be very careful when booking on Ctrip, otherwise you will be blinded when you go there.

The room is large. It's very hot in summer without air conditioning. The staff is very nice. I don't quite understand why the door that can be used as an exit cannot be entered, and you need to go around in a circle, which is not convenient. The house is in a neighborhood, so it will be noisy during the day.
