City Leaf Apartments by Adrez

The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby. The bin was broken but that doesn't harm. Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group. Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.

There was no receptionist, so its quite anxious if you need something. The check-in was not straightforward, you actually need to contact them to ask for a code. Overall, its okay. Not the best but okay.

Overall, absolutely loved it. Nice amenities (although not as decorated as the pictures - no plants etc.), comfortable enough bed and bathroom was spotless. TV doesn't work and the access code was never sent to me in an email. I had to go looking for it 1 hour prior to my check-in but did eventually find it. You can hear the lift going up and down loudly and the fridge generator is loud but I had no problems sleeping at all. Overall a lovely stay, I would definitely stay again. Perfect for my solo trip.

You really can't beat the location for the price. But of course you have to sacrifice some quality for the location at the price that we got this place. Windows in the bathroom door, a bathroom which also has a window to I'm not even sure where, but meant that as soon as someone else put their bathroom light on then it came glaring through the window to the abyss and then through our own bathroom door window, also meant when getting up for the bathroom in the night and turning the light on it would wake me or my partner up. Also very easy to hear the lift noise and noise from rooms above and beside. Could maybe do with a slightly bigger table too. We both had to work and couldn't both fit. Appreciate this is probably not most people are looking for in an apartment in this location though. Other the things mentioned above everything was great, so depending on the reason for your stay would probably be perfect for most. And I'm going to give 5 stars because I believe in value for money and for £23 a night it was better value than the price I feel.

The elevator is scary and loud, so loud you can hear it from your bed. I’ve never laid down on a pillow ánd bed this hard! (I’m serious, we went back to the car to get our own pillow). The room is very small, which I also did not expect. And if you are able to sleep through the noise of the elevator, wait till you hear the fridge :’). I 10/10 would not recommend this.

Budget rooms are very very small - no room to keep luggagr, prefer bigger rooms - few of the rooms face the noisy road, prefer the inside ones - overall nice, clean, quick check in if you pre-register - location is 2 min away from bus stop, 5min ride or 15min walk to Lindzer Gasse, attractions are a bit far - we needed public transport. Good supermarket nearby - small local restaurants too. Free parking is a boon. Avoid room on 3rd floor at any cost - inclined roof makes it incredibly difficult to even walk or use toilet. Beds small at best queen, not king.
