Breakfast was not the best. Nice rooms and good size. Everything was clean. Most staff were pretty chill. Some were unfriendly. Spa and gym wasn‘t free unfortunately. 20min by car into city centre. Good hotel if you‘re with car, but wouldn‘t fully recommend.

this is a beautiful boutique hotel with 40 rooms and in a very quite area. In the past we used to stay in the city near Josefov where it is very busy and noisy. The Volcano Spa is located in very peaceful location, near a park but still close to the nearest Metro stations which gets one in to city center within 15 min.

The hotel itself was nice but the location is kinda complicated. Besides we had to pay an extra amount for the toothbrushes at the checkout even tho the receptionist hasn’t said us anything. That’s not what we expected from a 4 stars hotel because we got way better treatment for the same star hotels

Great Spa Hotel with few nice rooms, WE Had the Stromboli Deluxe rooms which was very spacious and nicely designed. Sometimes you could hear people walking and talking down the hall but it was mit too loud. Fitness Center and Spa area was great, we really enjoyed our time there. We also booked massages which were very good. Also, the restaurant was excellent, breakfast buffet was good as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I wasn't happy with my sleep at all. There are many mistakes, but the worst is sleeping. Nowadays, pillows in a 4* hotel should at least be made of memory foam. I had a pillow made of something in my room but I couldn't sleep on it. The pillow was quite large, but as soon as I buried my head in it, my head sank to the level of the mattress. These pillows are completely useless. They look good, but you can't sleep on them. I wanted to sleep in the hotel because I always liked it. But it was a mistake. There are other bugs, but they didn't bother me that much - washbasin, when washing your face, water flows all the way to the floor, see photo, it looks nice but unfortunately does not serve its purpose. This is why round washbasin are not used at all. The wardrobe should be horizontal for storing clothes. So that the clothes can be moved. In this case, it will be difficult to reach the last clothes in the row. Otherwise, parking is good and breakfast is good too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Volcano Spa Hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience very pleasant. The spa area was also wonderful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding from the stresses of everyday life. The only small issue I had was with the mattresses. As a couple, you tend to slide into the gap between the two mattresses, which slightly affects the comfort of the bed. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Great value for money! The spa experience comes not only from the facilities but from having the time. A space for silence, separation from technology, and personal reflection and contemplation. Throughout the spa experience, I experienced peace!

Me and my boyfriend choose this hotel,but didn’t read the reviews.It was good but not good enough,I wouldn’t say that this is a 4 star hotel.The room and the bathroom was nice,the bed was really uncomfortable,the TV wasn’t working and the minibar was empty,also the worst this was the receptionist,this young lady was rude and she was acting really weird.I don’t think that we would come back again.
