It was an okay stay. Clean room, daily cleaning service, cheerful bartender, and a great interior. In addition, I am thankful to the receptionist who helped me print some documents. On the other side, I have a few concerns about my stay. First, I came a bit late and the check-in process took so long. Second, the property has only 3 small elevators catering to 350 rooms and many floors. I came Friday night and it was awful. It took me 10-15 mins just to get in because of long queues. Third, the room allocated to me was one of the connecting rooms. Probably, because you have high occupancy at that time. Moving forward, my concern was that the guests in the other room were not aware of the connecting door and they kept trying to open it in the middle of the night around 11pm-12mn. You should advise the new guests about that. I stayed for 3 nights and 3 different guests/group of guests checked in at the same room doing the same thing. Fourth, the room service, you have a bar menu online but the thing is guests still need to go down to the lobby and take the order. It would be better if it was delivered to the room. Moreover, a telephone in rooms would be a great addition for faster communication.
