The hotel is not easy to find. It is hidden in a dead end in the castle area. It is tiring to carry luggage. However, as soon as you enter the small door of the hotel, wet towels and orange juice are brought to you immediately. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The hardware of the hotel is also good. In the ancient castle, the breakfast room is on the 4th floor, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Prague. The hotel also provides tickets for the ancient castle, afternoon tea (unfortunately there is no chance to taste it) with snacks, opening beds, and toiletries are my favorite London brands. The service is really attentive. The son's flight at 6 o'clock in the morning, the hotel prepared sandwiches, fruit, yogurt at 3 o'clock, and the housekeeper drove the car from the parking lot to the vicinity of the hotel. When we returned, the butler drove back to the parking lot. We checked out and left our luggage at the front desk, went shopping nearby, and when we returned, the luggage was already in the car. Highly recommended, plan to stay again on the next wedding anniversary with my husband!

The concierge, David, was superb. He addressed and solved our problem that was beyond his call of duty.
We are definitely returning to this hotel this summer. He has given us confidence that we can stay comfortably at Golden Well hotel.

My husband and 7 yo daughter shared a room at the Golden Well for our 3 night stay in Prague. We loved the beautifully appointed room with sumptuous bedding, the great array of snacks and minibar, plenty of comfy furnishings, wonderful bath amenities, and the best staff one could ask for. The list goes on- we got a bottle of wine in our room, as well as a yummy dessert treat every night. The views of the rooftops from the restaurant were fantastic as well as was the proximity to Prague castle. We truly felt pampered and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning. I would definitely recommend this charming, updated historic hotel (only if you are a quiet and respectful guest however as it is not a place for late night partiers).

Highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a quaint high end hotel this is it. It is not your typical chain hotel but every room is quirky and distinct. Staff is super friendly and attentive and the restaurant was AMAZING! There wasnt anything i did not like about this hotel.

I have rarely written reviews... My husband and I wanted to stay at this hotel the following weekend. We saw haw charming it looked and thought it would be perfect....A well earned weekend get-away. It was late on Saturday night and I thought I should book a nice room for the following weekend before I go to bed. I did just that and accidentally put todays date and not for next weekend....My husband caught this in the morning. I immediately asked to change the date for the one we meant to book the following weekend. After a few days I was told that no change and no refund. I own a small business and I know that an honest mistake happens. WOW- I spent my vacation money for the weekend now... so Prague will have to wait. I'm disappointed that...Thats it. I don't want to hurt the business but I think possibly it may help the management realize that every customer matters.
