Horrible experience in this hotel. My AC didn’t work from the very beginning. I reported it and receptionists came to check like they didn’t know. They didn’t fix it and refused to refund me.
Later I heard from other customer complaining about the same issue.
They know they have problems but they don’t care!

The single room is spacious enough and very cost-effective. It is convenient to go anywhere by tram. Remember to buy a day ticket. Although Prague is not a large city, the terrain is high and low, and it is tiring to walk. If you choose to stay here, you must go to the Vysehrad area, which is very close. In fact, you can enter the Vysehrad area from the left and right directions opposite the hotel. You can choose to enter from one side and exit from the other.
