The rooms were dirty, especially floor carpets - never cleaned, I feel. Rooms smelled dust. Furniture was dirty and dusty. Mattresses had visible stains of dirt. Bed linen was so old and worn it had cracks. The room we stayed in had a rotten wooden balcony door that leaked rainwater from the balcony. When we arrived, the carpet under and immediately around the door was wet. A week after we left hotel requested us to pay city tax we payed on arrival!

In general, I have never been to a worse hotel. They were fighting in the room above. Someone was trying to break in. The floor is so dirty that I have never seen it in my life. Toilet horror. Breakfast €8person.. we didn't even touch it, black eggs... terrible, avoid in a wide area.

Que pena que no invierta la familia de este hotel en mejorarlo, sobre todo las alfombras (más que gastadas), pintar tanto pasillos como interior de las habitaciones (tremendamente descuidadas, manchas en la pared, agujeros...), etc. Estuvimos 4 días alojados y ninguno limpiaron ni hicieron las camas, incluso tuvimos que pedirles toallas porque ni las ponían. Vale que es barato, pero fatal. Buscad otro mejor. Lo único bueno que el tranvía (a 15 minutos del centro) para en la puerta.

Wir haben vor 2 Monaten dieses Hotel "MIT HUND" gebucht. Heute brüllte uns bei der Anreise eine Asiatin voll, dass ihr unser Hund zu groß wäre (Schulterhöhe 53cm). Diese unfreundliche, zickig Art war der Höhepunkt. Das hätte sie uns auch in einem ordentlichen Ton sagen können. Durch das Geocaching Maze Event und das Rammstein Konzert ist ganz Prag ausgebucht. Eigentlich wollten wir uns ein schönes Wochenende auf die GC Event machen, aber so durften wir natürlich Nachmittags bereits den Heimweg antreten. Das Hotel wirkte schmuddelig, das Essen wird im Empfangsbereich vorbereitet und vom dem Ton dieser komischen Chefin will ich gar nicht erst reden. Ich hoffe dort bucht nie wieder jemand! DANKE FÜR NICHTS, und danke an Booking. com das wir wenigstens unser Geld zurück haben.
