The transfer from the airport and the tourist location are also very good. A planned schedule was possible. I had a nice and comfortable time with the staff.

There may be differences from person to person, but the location was not good by my standards. The nearest subway station is a 5-minute walk, the tram or bus stop is further away, and there are not many commercial areas nearby. It's about 10 minutes away from tourist attractions. The sheets and towels weren't dirty, but something seemed disorganized, and the breakfast wasn't lacking in quantity, but there weren't many fruits and vegetables. The air conditioner seemed to be an old fan coil and there was no free bottled water or port in the room. The wifi isn't bad.

First, city tax was collected. The two hotels I stayed in later didn’t charge it. Secondly, the hygiene of the room is worrying and the tabletop is dusty. The curtains in the hotel room are old. Advantages: Suitable for those who check in early in the morning. When I made the reservation, I saw that it was very rare to check in at midnight in Prague. The 12 o'clock check-out time is considered friendly in Europe. Summary: I won’t stay here again. Not suitable for girls who love cleanliness.

Not cancelled for me

The only bad thing is how far it is from the center and how poorly connected it is by public transport. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were great.

A very nice house. The rooms are a bit smaller, but there is a window to the inner courtyard. Unfortunately, the doors of all apartments squeak, which is very unpleasant/loud. Why this problem is not solved (simply lubricate the mechanism with oil) is a mystery to me.

All perfect?

The hotel is very good situated in the centre of Prague.Close to the hotel you have both Bus and Metro stations.About 5 minutes walking to the Metro station and about 2 minutes to the bus station. The room is clean. The breakfast is exellent The staff is very friendly.

Although it states this is a 4 star hotel it did not feel like it at all. No coffee/tea in room, air conditioning doesn’t get turned on in hotel until end of April so room was very hot for us being there during sunny period. TV did not work and neither did phone to reception. Mini bar was not stocked with what it stated on the minibar list. It was however pretty clean, definitely not 4 star.

A lovely inexpensive hotel just under a mile away from Prague Centre railway station. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Prague.

A very nice stay here for a few days in Prague sight seeing. Our room 209 was clean with comfy beds - exactly what we needed for this trip. It was also on the quieter side of the street with double windows so traffic noise was minimal. The staff on reception were friendly, welcoming and very helpful recommending different spots to go and see & places to eat. We asked for more pillows and towels which was no problem. It’s about 15 mins walk to the Museum. Would definitely stay again on next trip to Prague.

A grand old building with a classy reception, lobby area. Staff were very helpful.

Decent, clean, friendly hotel...a short walk from Wenceslas Square. Some restaurants locally...especially if you go the other side of Legorova into Vinorhady area. Breakfast was good and staff efficient and friendly.

Overall a good experience! Interior When we entered the building, it looks neatly and somewhat classical. Especially the staircase of marmer and a classical look. The rooms are larger than expected and seem spacious because of the high ceilings. The interior of the rooms doesn’t seem outdated but not that new either. Cleaning The rooms are properly cleaned every day, something I really value in a hotel. Personnel The staff behind the desk of the reception are lovely people. Patient and easy to talk to. We even forget our keycard one time, and they helped us very well (nothing worse than being locked out of the room🤣). The staff in the breakfast room were also polite, but occasionally it looked like they weren’t in the mood for working that day (they didn’t reflect any unwelcome behaviour). They did work there every day we worked there. Breakfast The breakfast was okay! It has a range of items, including English breakfast, yoghurt, toast and different types of cakes. Location The hotel is nearby the metro stations Pavlova and Muzeum, which can take you across the city.
