We stayed for 4 nights in August and found the apartments to be very clean and family friendly.

This room has a kitchen, so you can cook food. Not bad for one night. However, I hope you know in advance that you must self-check-in online by taking your passport and a photo of yourself.

We had a great apartment in the attic with a small roof terrace and we loved it. The facilities were more than adequate for our weekend trip and the location was great. We could reach most of Prague on foot, there were shops right across the street, and the online check-in worked well. The sockets on the upper floor didn't work and the check-out reminder from the service lady could have been a bit friendlier. But all in all we were very satisfied! Thank you very much!

The studio itself was perfect, the ceiling height is crazy! But on the other hand you arrive at the door with zero information... and you have to guess for yourself that in reality you have to go to a hotel 15 minutes away to then have access to the studio... average average service and without the smile…

The check-in place was far away, so it was a hassle to carry my luggage... Why couldn't I do it online and non-face-to-face? I checked in face-to-face, but it wasn't fast. There is no soundproofing so you can hear everything from outside. I keep hearing the sound of the front door on the first floor closing. Above all, there was no hair dryer. I went to him once and asked for it in a memo, but in the end he didn't give it to me. The only place I stayed was 3 nights or 300,000 won per night, and it was terrible. It's probably cheap normally, but it's expensive because it's the end-of-year weekend. The bathroom shower space is also very small and inconvenient. They didn't even provide towels....,. Still, I don't think it's the worst...

The hotel apartment is located in the center of Prague⋯You must get a confirmation letter before checking in! Get the door and apartment password! The room is spacious and has a kitchen! The apartment has an elevator! Recommended to stay!

I paid by mistake twice, and they wont give my money back so I have lost more than 400€… you should not book in this appartment… it just about morality… really disappointed and nonsense… I would like to get my money back

Nice, clean residence suitably located in the heart of Prague. Great shopping street, subway station and restaurants are in close proximity (few minutes away). The theater or central square are within walking distance. Another ingenious thing is a digit key making a check-in very comfortable. Recommendable.

City nest is a very beautiful flat directly in the center of Praha ! We were 3, the flat is modern, spacious and quiet. Everything was perfect, the handover of the apartment was super simple and fast. To visit Praha, I think that this is the right solution.

This place started out so great. However, we added an extra day to our stay which cost as much as two days combined. When we went back to the hotel our access code wasn’t working. We called three times and waited an hour plus and no one ever came. Matter of fact I’m still waiting for a key card. I paid double the price to not be able to enter my hotel room. I can’t believe the service isn’t actually in the building. I would not stay here again after that.

Booked a 3 night stay in this apartment in a studio room via the main website as this offers a later checkout time than ***********. I received an email the day before travelling with a link to some helpful information and the key code to get in to the apartment (though the email did go to my junk mail). Location was perfect! The apartment is just a minutes walk from the metro station and a tram stop so it was really easy to get around and to and from the airport. The places we wanted to visit were not far at all so we did walk to most of them. The Franz Kafka Rotating Head sculpture is also on this street. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped with dishes and there is a fridge, kettle, microwave and small hob. The bed was large and comfortable, pillows a bit large for my liking but I am fussy with pillows! Only suggestions I would make would be: An iron A tea towel for drying dishes TV remote was a bit temperamental when trying to sign in to Netflix etc
