Excellent stay, great staff and we loved the hotel bar & restaurant. Great location, we paid for an upgrade and it was amazing.
There is a €150 security deposit required so please make sure you are expecting it.

They settled you on the very top, in Russian an attic, plasterboard walls, audibility is terrible, cool and not enough light, they were not able to upgrade and change, the hotel is full. Do not settle on the very top, it is not very convenient, in general the hotel is 4 stars, the attic is 3. The location is normal, but the car cannot drive up to the gate, you have to drag suitcases 50 meters

I booked a 27-square-meter double room - I was shocked when I entered. I thought I had entered a nanny's room. I changed to another room, but it was also very small, no more than 20 square meters. The bathroom could not be used at all. The explanation is that historical buildings have been transformed into rooms of different sizes according to the construction of the building. The front desk service was poor and they said they could only upgrade to a higher-level room by adding 60 euros a night. We stayed in the Shaanxi small room for one night and negotiated to change to a larger room the next day. There is no soundproofing in the room at all. The mosquito next door is like the mosquito in your room. Taking a shower next door is just like taking a shower in your bathroom. Sometimes there is a trickle of water, sometimes there is a strong rush. We deal with different flies or mosquitoes every day. The hotel is conveniently located, but general taxis cannot enter. If you have large luggage and don't want to fight the cobblestone road, the hotel provides paid taxis. The venison restaurant in this hotel is good
