Very disappointed. I regularly organize custom made trips and try and give what the client wants. Nowhere on the website did it say that the type of rooms I booked would have a view facing neighbors windows. The rooms them selves are the same as anywhere else. There is plenty of places in Prague to stay. The only reason you would book this is because of location and view. My clients had no problem paying more it was about the experience and not the price and the managers response was nothing more than ♂️
