Absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We were in room 103, which was extremely spacious and had a balcony overlooking the park. It was lovely. Spotlessly clean. For us the location was perfect. It is just outside the centre but very well served by public transport. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choice replenished regularly. All of the staff were most friendly and courteous. Customer service was exemplary. Huge thanks to Ksenia who had emailed me very clear instructions as to how to get from the airport to the hotel. We cannot wait to go back. Děkuji mnohokrát.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Was a bit challenging with covid, but i felt safe and had a really great stay.

I booked six nights at this hotel on a major booking site. The next day I received an email from them notifying me that the hotel was closed and that my reservation had been transferred to a sister property halfway across the city. Any hotel or management that would willingly accept reservations knowing that the hotel in question is closed is dirty and dishonest. Shame on this hotel and the parent company for trying to swindle customers with this "bait and switch."
